Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการใช้ผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในและภายนอก ในการปฏิบัติงานของครู 2) ศึกษากลยุทธ์ที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้ผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในและภายนอก ในการปฏิบัติงานของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขึ้นพื้นฐานจำนวน 474 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรประมาณค่า โดยค่า IOC มีช่วงพิสัยระหว่าง .80-1.00 ค่าความเที่ยงมีช่วงพิสัยระหว่าง .922-.941 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติบรรยายด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS for windows วิเคราะห์ตรวจสอบความตรงและโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างเชิงเส้นด้วยโปรแกรม LISREL for windows ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ครูใช้ผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในและภายนอกในการปฏิบัติงาน ในระดับมากโดยจากมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ พบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.775 เมื่อพิจารณารายมาตรฐาน พบว่าครูใช้ผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในและภายนอกในการปฏิบัติงานในระดับมากทุกมาตฐาน โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 3.589-3.893 นอกจากนี้ยังไม่มีข้อมูลเพียงพอจะสรุปได้ว่าครูที่มี เพศ อายุ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่ง และอยู่ในขนาดสถานศึกษาที่ต่างกัน จะมีระดับ การใช้ผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในและภายนอกในการปฏิบัติงานของครูที่แตกต่างกัน 2. โมเดลกลยุทธ์ที่ส่งผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในและภายนอกในการปฏิบัติงานของครู พบว่าโมเดล มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ไค-สแควร์ มีค่าเท่ากับ 6.34 ที่องศาอิสระ เท่ากับ 18 และความ น่าจะเป็น (P) เท่ากับ .99 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ 1.00 และดัชนีวัดระดับความ กลมกลืน ที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ .99 ค่าดัชนีรากที่สองของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองส่วนทีเหลือ (RMR) เท่ากับ .002 การใช้ผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในและภายนอกในการปฏิบัติงานของครูได้รับอิทธิพล ทางตรงจากกลยุทธ์ระดับองค์กร และกลยุทธ์ระดับบุคคล เป็นอิทธิพลทางบวกเท่ากับ .70 และ.62 โดยสามารถอธิบาย ความแปรปรวนการใช้ผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในและภายนอกในการปฏิบัติงาน ของครูได้ร้อยละ 87

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of research were 1) to study state of the use of internal and external evaluation in the teacher practices. 2) to study the strategies the use of internal and external evaluation in the teacher practices. The sample consisted of 474 teachers under the office of the basic education commission. The research instrument were rating scales. The item objective congruence index (IOC) of the instrument ranged from .80-1.00. The reliabilities of the instrument ranged from .922-.941. Data was analyzed through using descriptive statistics by SPSS for windows program. Confirmatory factor analysis and the analysis of structural equation model using LiSREL for windows program. The finding were as follows: 1. The level of the use of internal and external evaluation result in teacher practices was good by using rating scale 5 levels. It was found that average was 3.775. By consideration with each strand, the level of the use of each strand is good. The average was 3.589-3.893. The use of internal and external evaluation in teacher practice did not depend on sex, age experience, the level of education, position and the size of school. 2. The model of the strategies affecting the use of internal and external evaluation in the teacher practices was fit to the empirical data with x[superscript2]=6.34, df=18, p=.99, GFI=1.00, AGFI=.99 and RMR=0.002. The use of internal and external evaluation in the teacher practices was directly influenced by the corporate strategies and personal strategies. It was positive influence .70 and .62. The model accounted for 87.0 percent of the use of internal and external evaluation in the teacher practices.
