Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานเขตตรวจราชการที่ 3 สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู ในเขตตรวจราชการที่ 3 สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 75 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ครู 307 คน จาก 15 โรงเรียนในเขตตรวจราชการที่ 3 สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้ค่าสถิติ t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. หลักนิติธรรม พบว่า ทั้งกลุ่มผู้บริหารและกลุ่มครูมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นทั้งสองกลุ่ม พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. หลักคุณธรรม พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งกลุ่มผู้บริหารและกลุ่มครู เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นทั้งสองกลุ่ม พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. หลักความโปร่งใส พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งสองกลุ่ม เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็น พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. หลักการมีส่วนร่วม พบว่า กลุ่มผู้บริหารมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนกลุ่มครูมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นทั้งสองกลุ่ม พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5. หลักความรับผิดชอบ พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งกลุ่มผู้บริหารและกลุ่มครู เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นทั้งสองกลุ่ม พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 6. หลักความคุ้มค่า พบว่า ทั้งกลุ่มผู้บริหารและกลุ่มครู มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นทั้งสองกลุ่ม พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research were: 1) To study school management based on good governance principles of school administrators in Inspection Area Three under the Office of the Basic Educational Commission. 2) To compare the opinion of school administrators and teachers in school management based on good governance principles. The population consisted of 75 school administrators and a sample of 307 teachers from 15 schools in Inspection Area three under the Office of the Basic Education Commissions, 5 levels of rating scale questionnaire was use to collect data., all data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The results are as follows: 1. Rule of the law: both administrators and teachers were in high level. When comparing their opinions concerned, there was significant different at .05 level. 2. Moral principles: both administrators and teachers were in high level. When comparing their opinions concerned, there was significant different at .05 level. 3. Transparency principles: both administrators and teachers were in high level. When comparing their opinions concerned, there was sighificant different at .05 level. 4. Participation principles: administrators was in high level, but teachers was in medium level. However, when comparing their opinions concerned, there was significant different at .05 level. 5. Accountability principles: both administrators and teachers were in high level. When comparing their opinions concerned, there was not significant different at .05 level. 6. Efficiency and effectiveness principles: both administrators and teachers were in high level. When comparing their opinions concerned, there was not significant different at .05 level.
