Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการบริหารที่มุ่งเน้นความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาเอกชน โดยใช้แนวคิด/หลักการของรางวัลคุณภาพแห่งชาติของประเทศต่างๆ เป็นกรอบแนวคิดเบื้องต้น และใช้วิธีการ Benchmarking โดยการศึกษาถึงคุณลักษณะและแนวปฏิบัติของสถานศึกษาเอกชนที่ได้รับการยอมรับว่ามีความเป็นเลิศ แบ่งขั้นตอนของการวิจัยออกเป็น 5 ขั้นตอนคือ ขั้นที่ 1 ศึกษาองค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ขั้นที่ 2 วิเคราะห์ระบบการบริหารของสถานศึกษาเอกชนที่เป็นเลิศ ขั้นที่ 3 การออกแบบระบบ ขั้นที่ 4 ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงระบบการบริหารที่มุ่งเน้นความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาเอกชน และขั้นที่ 5 สรุปผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบการบริหารที่มุ่งเน้นความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาเอกชน ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบหลัก องค์ประกอบย่อย และแนวปฏิบัติในแต่ละองค์ประกอบย่อย โดยองค์ประกอบหลักของระบบการบริหารที่มุ่งเน้นความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาเอกชนมี 9 องค์ประกอบคือ 1) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) การมุ่งเน้นนักเรียน ผู้ปกครอง และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง 3) การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ 4) โครงสร้างองค์กร 5) การมุ่งน้นทรัพยากรบุคคล 6) การบริหารงานวิชาการ 7) การบริหารการเงิน 8) การบริหารทั่วไป และ 9) การจัดการสารสนเทศและความรู้ และประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบย่อยทั้งหมด 35 องค์ประกอบ และมีแนวปฏิบัติรวมทั้งหมด 209 ข้อ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this study was to develop the management system to be excellent private schools. It was based on the concepts of national quality awards and used benchmarking method by studying the characteristics and practice methods of private schools which were recognized as excellent schools. This study consisted of 5 steps, step 1 : study knowledge, step 2 : study characteristics and methods of excellent schools, step 3 : design system, step 4 : check system and step 5 : conclude the study. It was found that the management system for excellent private schools consisted of 9 elements. The elements was 1) leadership of school manager 2) focus on students, guardians and those who are involved 3) strategic planning 4) organization structure 5) focus on human resources 6) academic administration 7) financial management 8) general management and 9) information and knowledge management. Each element consisted of sub-elements and each sub-element consisted of methods that leaded to get the goal. There are 35 sub-element and 209 methods.Subject โรงเรียนเอกชน -- การบริหาร
