Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยายประเภทการศึกษาสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้สมรรถภาพการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษาและเพื่อศึกษาสมรรถภาพการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูวิทยาศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 211 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือแบบสอบถามจำนวน 2 ฉบับ คือ 1) แบบสอบถามคะแนนน้ำหนักความสำคัญของตัวบ่งชี้สมรรถภาพการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษา และ2) แบบสอบถามสมรรถภาพการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ตัวบ่งชี้สมรรถภาพการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษามีจำนวน 100 ตัวบ่งชี้ 6 องค์ประกอบ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ มี 3 องค์ประกอบ 39 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านความสามารถ มี 1 องค์ประกอบ 40 ตัวบ่งชี้ และด้านจรรยาบรรณและลักษณะนิสัย มี 2 องค์ประกอบ 21 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2. สมรรถภาพด้านความรู้ในการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จากการวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับดี 3. สมรรถภาพด้านความสามารถในการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จากการประเมินตนเองโดยครูส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับดีมาก 4. สมรรถภาพด้านจรรยาบรรณและลักษณะนิสัยในการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จากการประเมินตนเองโดยครูส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับดีมาก

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were 1) to develop the indicators of classroom action research competency of secondary school science teachers and 2) to study the classroom action research competency of secondary school science teachers under the department of basic education, Nakorn Sri Thammaraj Metropolis. The sample consisted of secondary school science teachers under the department of basic education, Nakorn Sri Thammaraj Metropolis. The research instruments were classroom action research competency form and classroom action research competency test. Descriptive statistics were performed. The main findings were as follows: 1. The classroom action research competency and indicators comprised of 100 indicators. 6 factors in 3 parts. The 3 parts consisted of 3 factors 39 indicators of knowledge. 1 factor 40 indicators of ability and 2 factors 21 indicators of affective. 2. The Quality of knowledge of classroom action research competency of secondary school science teachers under the department of basic education, Nakorn Sri Thammaraj Metropolis by testing was in the good level. 3. The Quality of ability of classroom action research competency of secondary school science teachers under the department of basic education, Nakorn Sri Thammaraj Metropolis by evaluation by teachers themselves was in the very good level. 4. The Quality of affective of classroom action research competency of secondary school science teachers under the department of basic education, Nakorn Sri Thammaraj Metropolis by evaluation by teachers themselves was in the very good level.
