Abstract

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริม และการส่งเสริมการนิเทศแบบกัลยาณมิตรในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเป็นแบบพหุกรณีศึกษากรณีศึกษา 3 คน คือ อาจารย์นิเทศก์การฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ ผู้เป็นที่ยอมรับว่ามีคุณลักษณะของกัลยาณมิตร การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้การสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์ การวิเคราะห์เอกสารและการสนทนากลุ่ม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. การนิเทศแบบกัลยาณมิตรของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) การให้ใจ 2) การร่วมใจ 3) การตั้งใจ และ 4) การเปิดใจในการนิเทศการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ผลของการนิเทศส่งเสริมให้นิสิตมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการนิเทศและการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู นิสิตมีความไว้วางใจอาจารย์นิเทศ คลายความวิตกกังวลและมีกำลังใจต่อการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู นอกจากนี้นิสิตมีความกระตือรือร้นที่จะนำข้อเสนอแนะการนิเทศมาปรับปรุงแก้ไขแผนและการสอนของตนเองอย่างสม่ำเสมอ นิสิตสามารถทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของตนเอง และมีพัฒนาการในการจัดการเรียนการสอน 2. ปัจจัย 3 ประการที่ส่งเสริมอาจารย์นิเทศก์มีการนิเทศแบบกัลยาณมิตรคือ 1) คุณสมบัติพื้นฐานด้านกัลยาณมิตร 2) องค์ความรู้ในเรื่องหลักการนิเทศ และ 3) ประสบการณ์ทางการสอนในโรงเรียน 3. การส่งเสริมให้เกิดการนิเทศแบบกัลยาณมิตร มี 2 ประการคือ 1) การเตรียมความพร้อมให้แก่อาจารย์นิเทศก์ในเรื่องขององค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการนิเทศและพัฒนาคุณสมบัติของความเป็นกัลยาณมิตร และ 2) การเตรียมความพร้อมโรงเรียนฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูให้เห็นคุณค่าและความสำคัญของการนิเทศแบบกัลยาณมิตร

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research objective were to study state, supporting factors and approach in amicable supervision in student teaching practicum. Three faculty supervisor in a public university were selected as the case of this multicase-study. They were admitted by their peer to have good quality of amicable supervision. The data were collected by observation, interview, documentary analysis and focus group discussion and analyze by content analysis. The research finding were as follow. 1. The amicable supervision of the faculty supervisor compose of 4 step. They were giving, collaborating, attending and opening heartedly. Result form the supervision supported the student to have good attitude toward supervision and teaching practicum. The students Trusted the supervisor and were empowered in there teaching practicum. They were eagering in taking the advice to improve their teaching practice continuously. They were able to run classroom action research and develop their teaching. 2. Three factors supporting the faculty supervisor to perform amicable supervision were amicable characteristic of the supervisor. Supervision knowledge and school teaching experience of the supervisors. 3. Amicable supervision should be promoted in two sides. They were a stuff develop for the faculty supervisor and preparation of the school personal.
