Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงและบทบาทที่คาดหวัง ในการ บริหารงานความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนและชุมชน ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 1 ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย (Descriptive Research) โดยเก็บข้อมูลจาก กลุ่มผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 181 คน กลุ่มครูจำนวน 242 คน และกลุ่ม ผู้ปกครองจำนวน 375 คน จากโรงเรียนมัธยมขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 1 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม ที่มีลักษณะเป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการ (Check list) และแบบ มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) ซึ่งพัฒนาขึ้นตามกรอบแนวคิดเกณฑ์มาตรฐานโรงเรียน มัธยมศึกษาของกรมสามัญศึกษา 2539 ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนและชุมชน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เกี่ยวกับสถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม โดยใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ บทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงและบทบาทที่คาดหวังของผู้บริหาร โดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการ ทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงและบทบาทที่คาดหวังในการบริหารงาน ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนและชุมชน ทั้ง 6 ด้าน ของผู้บริหาร พบว่า ในภาพรวม บทบาทที่มีการปฏิบัติ จริงในระดับมาก ได้แก่ บทบาทด้านการสร้างและเผยแพร่เกียรติประวัติของโรงเรียน การได้รับการ สนับสนุนจากชุมชนและการวางแผนงานสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน บทบาทที่มีการ ปฏิบัติจริงในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ บทบาทด้านการประเมินผลงานสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับ ชุมชน การมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาชุมชน และการให้บริการชุมชน ส่วนบทบาทที่คาดหวังของผู้บริหาร พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เมื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงและบทบาทที่คาดหวังในการบริหาร งานความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนและชุมชน ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 1 ในภาพรวม พบว่า บทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงและบทบาทที่คาดหวัง ของผู้บริหารทุกด้านมีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this descriptive research is to study and compare the actual and expected roles in school and community relationship administration of large secondary school administrators, under the Office of Bangkok Education Service Area 1. The sample consisted of 181 school administrators, 242 teachers and 375 parents from large secondary schools, under the Office of Bangkok Education Service Area 1. Check list and rating scale questionnaires were used. They were developed from the conceptual framework of standard criteria of secondary schools, under the Department of General Education on the relationships between schools and community. Questionnaire respondents' status was analyzed with frequencies and percentage; whereas, the actual and expected roles of school administrators were done with mean, standard deviation and t-test. The research on six of the actual and expected roles in administering the relationships between schools and community revealed that: 1. On the whole, the actual roles scored high were 1) the role in building and advertising school good reputation, 2) the role in getting support from community, 3) the role in planning of the creation of relationships between schools and community. 2. The actual roles scored medium were 1) the roles in evaluating the creating of relationships between schools and community, 2) the participation in developing and servicing the community. 3. All expected roles were scored high. 4. The comparison between the actual and expected roles in administering relationships between schools and community, on the whole, expressed that the differences between all actual roles and expected roles were statistically significant at 0.05.
