Abstract

ศึกษา (1) พัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้การร่วมมือรวมพลังของครูในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา (2) พัฒนาโมเดลสาเหตุและผลของการร่วมมือรวมพลังของครู และ (3) ความไม่แปรเปลี่ยนของโมเดลสาเหตุและผลของการร่วมมือรวมพลังของกลุ่มครู ที่มาจากสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูแระถมศึกษาในจัวหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 427 คน จากสถานศึกษา 58 แห่ง ที่ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน จากประชากรครูประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วัดการร่วมมือรวมพลังและสาเหตุและผลของการร่วมมือรวมพลัง เป็นมาตรประมาณค่ามีช่วงพิสัยค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.7148-0.9789 และแบบประเมินการร่วมมือรวมพลัง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์การถดถอย การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนตัวแปรพหุนามแบบทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS วิเคราะห์ตรวจสอบความตรงของโมเดล ความตรงข้ามกลุ่ม และความไม่แปรเปลี่ยนของโมเดลโดยกลยุทธ์กลุ่มพหุด้วยโปรแกรมลิสเรล 8.53 ผลการวิจัยสำคัญสรุปได้ว่า (1)โมเดลการวัดการร่วมมือรวมพลังมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (chi-square = 4.785, df = 7, P = 068617, GFI = 0.996, AGFI = 0983) ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบของตัวบ่งชี้ 7 ตัวมีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.721 ถึง 0.905 ตัวแปรที่มีน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมากที่สุดคือการเอาใจใส่แก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกัน รองลงมาคือการรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่และการมีเป้าหมายร่วมกันในการปฏิบัติงาน มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.905, 0.855 และ 0.791 ตามลำดับ ผลการตรวจสอบความตรงโดยวิธีกลุ่มรู้ชัดสรุปได้ว่า ตัวบ่งชี้การร่วมมือรวมพลังมีความตรงเชิงเกณฑ์สัมพันธ์ในระดับสูง (2) โมเดลสาเหตุและผลของการร่วมมือรวมพลังที่พัฒนาขึ้น สอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (chi-square = 238.53, df = 209, P = 0.7873, AGFI = 0.907) โดยองค์ประกอบที่เป็นสาเหตุของการร่วมมือรวมพลังทั้งสามระดับ มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อการร่วมมือรวมพลัง และมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อองค์ประกอบ ที่เป็นผลของการร่วมมือรวมพลังทั่งสามระดับโดยผ่านการร่วมมือรวมพลัง (3) โมเดลสาเหตุและผลของการร่วมมือรวมพลังมีความแปรเปลี่ยน ทั้งรูปแบบและพารามิเตอร์ระหว่างกลุ่มครูที่มาจากสถานศึกษาขนาดต่างกัน (chi-square = 1651.35, df = 819, P = 0.000, GFI = 0.691)

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To (1) develop the indicators of primary school teachers' collaboration (2) to develop a cause and effect model of teachers' collaboration and (3) study the invariance of the cause and effect model of teachers' collaboration across groups of teacher with different school size. The sample consisted of 427 teacher from 58 schools, obtained by muti-stage random sampling from the primary teacher population in Phra Nakhon Si Ayuttahaya province. The research instrument were 5 rating scales measuring collaboration, and the causes and effects of collaboration with reliabilities ranging from 0.72 to 0.905, and evolution form. The descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, MANOVA, t-test using SPSS, and the analyses of structural equation model using LISREL were employed for model validation, cross validation, and model invariance using multiple group strategy. The major finding were (1) the measurement model of collaboration fitted to the empirical data (chi-square = 4.785, df = 7, P = 0.68617, GFI = 0.996, AGFI = 0.983). The loadings of seven indicators ranged from 0.721-0.905. Mutual concern, responsibility, and mutual goal had high factor loadings of 0.905, 0.855 and 0.791 respectively. The analysis results from the known group technique showed that the criterion related validity of the. (2) The cause and effect model of collaboration nicely fitted of the data (chi-square = 238.53, df = 209, P = 0.7873, GFI = 0949, AGFI = 0.907). It was found that all three levels of cause factors had direct effects on collaboration, and had indirect effects on the three levels of effect factors of collaboration via collaboration (3)The cause and effect model of collaboration varied form and parameters across groups of teacher with different school size (chi-square = 1651.35, df = 819, P = 0.000, GFI = 0.691)
