Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโมเดลเครือข่ายวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนสำหรับประเทศไทยและเพื่อตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของโมเดลเครือข่ายวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนการวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยมีกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูนักวิจัย ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา ศึกษานิเทศก์ นักวิจัยและอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการศึกษาเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและตัวอย่างเครือข่ายวิจัยปฏิบัติการของต่างประเทศ การสัมภาษณ์แบบเป็นทางการ แบบไม่เป็นทางการและแบบเจาะลึก การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การสนทนากลุ่มและการสำรวจความคิดเห็น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาการสร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัย สถิติบรรยาย และวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ย โดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS for window ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)โมเดลเครือข่ายวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 3 รูปแบบย่อย คือ รูปแบบเครือข่ายวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนภายในโรงเรียน รูปแบบเครือข่ายวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนภายในกลุ่มโรงเรียนและรูปแบบเครือข่ายวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนภายในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาโดยโมเดลเครือข่ายวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนมี 7 องค์ประกอบหลัก คือ วัตถุประสงค์ของเครือข่ายโครงสร้างของเครือข่าย องค์ประกอบของเครือข่าย บทบาทและหน้าที่ของสมาชิกของเครือข่าย แผนการดำเนินงานของเครือข่าย กิจกรรมของเครือข่ายและผลลัพธ์ของเครือข่าย 2)โมเดลเครือข่ายวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนที่พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นโมเดลที่มีความเหมาะสมในการพัฒนาให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างสมาชิกภายในเครือข่ายวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนมีความเหมาะสมในการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพในการทำวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนและมีความเหมาะสมในการพัฒนาคุณภาพของงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน ทั้งนี้การก่อตัวของเครือข่ายวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนจะเกิดขึ้นได้ต้องเริ่มจากการมีเป้าหมายและวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกันของสมาชิกภายในเครือข่ายในการทำวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนเพื่อแก้ปัญหา และพัฒนาผู้เรียนและมีการประสานความร่วมมือกันในการพัฒนาเครือข่ายให้มีการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง

The objectives of this research were to develop a classroom action research network model of Thailand and to examine the appropriateness of the model. The research methodology was mixed method of qualitative and quantitative research. The data was collected from teacher researchers, headmasters, educators, researchers and higher education researchers. The data collection process consisted of documentary research, formal interview informal interview, in-dept interview workshop, focus group discussion and survey. The data was analyzed by the method of content analysis analytic induction, descriptive statistics, and one-way ANOVA by using SPSS for window. The research results were as follows: 1)A Classroom action research network model had been developed in three sub-models. The first sub-model of a classroom action research network was intra-school network. The second sub-model was intra-school cluster network. The third sub-model was intra-education service area network. This classroom action research network model had seven major components those consisted of the network objectives, the network structures the network composition members’ role and duty of the network the network planning the network activities, and the network output. 2)A classroom action research network model was appropriate in order to develop the interchangeable learning between the network members. This model was also appropriate for developing the efficiency of doing classroom action research and developing the quality of classroom action research. The vision shared and the common vision were needed to initiate the classroom action research network for solving the students’ problem and developing the students’ learning. Moreover, the collaborative working was the important point to develop the network processing continually.
