Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลที่สร้างขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์และเพื่อทดสอบความไม่แปรเปลี่ยนของรูปแบบโมเดลความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนระหว่างสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษา กรมสามัญศึกษา และสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 398 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา แบบสอบถามความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาและแบบวัดความเข้าใจในเรื่องหลักสูตรของผู้บริหาร โดยโมเดลประกอบด้วย ตัวแปรแฝง 3 ตัว และตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 12 ตัว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้หลักการวิเคราะห์โมเดลลิสเรลด้วยโปรแกรมลิสเรล 8.71 ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. โมเดลความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษามีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ซึ่งมีค่าไค-สแควร์ เท่ากับ 1.51 ค่าองศาอิสระ เท่ากับ 9 ค่าความน่าจะเป็น (p) เท่ากับ 0.990 ค่าดัชนีความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ 1.00 ค่าดัชนีความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ 0.990 ค่าดัชนีรากของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองของส่วนเหลือ (RMR) เท่ากับ 0.011 โดยโมเดลสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนในตัวแปรความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาร้อยละ 92 2. ผลการทดสอบความไม่แปรเปลี่ยนของรูปแบบโมเดลความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนทั้ง 3 สังกัดเดิมมีความไม่แปรเปลี่ยนในรูปแบบของโมเดล แต่แปรเปลี่ยนในค่าพารามิเตอร์ โดยได้ค่าไค-สแควร์ เท่ากับ 25.43 ค่าองศาอิสระเท่ากับ 66 ค่าความน่าจะเป็น (p) เท่ากับ 1.00 ค่าดัชนีความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ 0.98 ค่าดัชนีรากของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองของส่วนเหลือ (RMR) เท่ากับ .013 3. ความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานภาคตะวันออกเฉึยงเหนือ ได้รับอิทธิพลจากปัจจัยภายในมากที่สุดโดยตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ตัวแปรนโยบายการบริหาร ตัวแปรความพร้อมด้านบุคคลากร ตัวแปรงบประมาณ ตัวแปรความพร้อมด้านสื่อ อุปกรณ์ อาคาร และสถานที่ และตัวแปรความเข้าใจในเรื่องหลักสูตรของผู้บริหาร

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research were to study and develop the model of the successfulness of the school-based curriculum development of basic educational schools in the north east. The research sample consist of 398 school executive from school in the basic education in the north east. The research instrument were questionnaires of the effect factor of the successfulness school-based curriculum development, the successfulness school-based curriculum development and the practices of understanding in curriculum development of the school executive. The model consist of 3 latent variables and 12 observed variables. The data were analyzed by using the principle of LISREL model analysis, using LISREL program version 8.71 the major finding were as follows : 1. The model of the successfulness of the school-based was valid and fit to the empirical data. The model indicate that the chi-square goodness of fit test was 1.51, p = 0.99, df = 9, GFI = 1.00, AGFI = 0.990 and RMR = 0.011. The model account for 92% of variance in effectiveness of the of the successfulness school-based curriculum development. 2. The model indicate of model among 3 groups of school. The model indicate that the chi-square goodness of fit test was 25.43, p = 1.00, df = 66, GFI - 0.980 and RMR = .013. The pattern of model invariance among 3 difference group of school but the parameter of model variance across 3 difference group of school. 3. The successfulness of the school-based of the curriculum development of school in the basic education in the north east received the effect from the internal school factor. The variables received the maximum effect from the policy variable, the next is personal variable, the budget variable, the equipment-building variable and executives understanding variable.
