Abstract

พัฒนาแบบสอบอัตนัยประยุกต์วัดสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพพยาบาล และศึกษาคุณภาพแบบสอบในด้านความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง ความตรงตามสภาพ ความเที่ยงและความเป็นปรนัยในการตรวจให้คะแนน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2545 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี เครือข่ายภาคกลาง จำนวน 137 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน แบบสอบอัตนัยประยุกต์ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบขึ้นด้วย 7 กรณีศึกษา เป็นสถานการณ์จริงเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพพยาบาล มีจำนวน 30 ข้อกระทง คะแนนเต็ม 100 คะแนน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แบบสอบอัตนัยประยุกต์วัดสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพพยาบาลฉบับนี้ มีความตรง เชิงเนื้อหา สามารถวัดสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพพยาบาล ด้วยเกณฑ์ความสอดคล้องของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตั้งแต่ ร้อยละ 80 ขึ้นไป มีความตรงตามสภาพ โดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคะแนนจากการทำแบบสอบอัตนัยประยุกต์ กับคะแนนจากการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานพยาบาลวิชาชีพ มีค่า .750 มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และการทดสอบโดยเทคนิคกลุ่มที่รู้จักพบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพพยาบาลสูง และคะแนนเฉลี่ยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพพยาบาลต่ำ มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนความเที่ยงของแบบสอบมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค = .746 และมีความเป็นปรนัยในการตรวจให้คะแนน มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของผู้ตรวจให้คะแนน 3 ท่าน คือ r12=.977, r13=.977, r23=.987 และทุกค่ามีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To develop a modified essay question test for nursing profession competency and to study the quality of the test; content validity, construct validity, concurrent validity, reliability, and objectivity. The sample consisted of 137 fourth year students of Boromarajonani College of Nursing in middle division of Thailand. Samples were drawn by multi-stage random sampling technique. The modified essay question test for nursing profession competency constructed by the researcher was composed of seven case studies, which were the simulation of nursing competency. The test included 30 items with total score of 100. The research findings were as follows. The modified essay question test for nursing profession competency had content validity in which all of the items measured nursing competency according to the agreement of 80% of qualified nurses in item objective congruence. The concurrent validity was confirmed by the correlation between scores of modified essay question test for nursing profession competency and work practice scores with correlation coefficient .750 and significant at the .05 level. And the concurrent validity was confirmed by the difference between means of known groups with high and low profession competency scores. It was found that they were significantly difference at .05 level. The reliability of modified essay question test for nursing profession competency estimated by using Alpha Cronbach coefficient was .746. The objectivity in scoring was indicated by the correlation coefficient of the scores from three raters which appeared as follows r12=.977, r13=.977, r23=.987 and each correlation co-efficient was significant at the .01 level.
