Abstract

ศึกษารูปแบบศูนย์วิทยบริการเครือข่าย สำหรับโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. โครงสร้างองค์กรภายในศูนย์วิทยบริการเครือข่ายประกอบด้วย ฝ่ายบริหาร ฝ่ายบริการ ฝ่ายเทคนิค ฝ่ายเครือข่าย 2. ฝ่ายบริการ มุ่งบริการนักเรียน ครู และประชาชน ให้ใช้ได้ทั้งศึกษาค้นคว้าและผลิตสื่อ 3. ลักษณะกายภาพภายใน ประกอบด้วย 3.1 สถานที่ศึกษาค้นคว้าทั้งที่เป็นรายบุคคล กลุ่มย่อยและกลุ่มใหญ่ 3.2 สถานที่ผลิตสื่อ ที่ผลิตและไม่ได้ผลิตจากคอมพิวเตอร์ สำหรับครูและนักเรียน 3.3 บริเวณอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ เช่น ช่องทางเดินขึ้นลงบริเวณบันไดสำหรับนักเรียนที่พิการ ที่รับฝากสิ่งของ เคาน์เตอร์ยืมคืน ที่นั่งรอรับสื่อ ที่เผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ บริเวณจัดนิทรรศการ ที่เก็บสื่อ มีการติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศ นักเรียนที่พิการใช้สถานที่และสื่อร่วมกับนักเรียนปกติ 4. ลักษณะการให้บริการเครือข่าย มีการวางระบบ LAN และสายเคเบิลทีวีไปตามห้องเรียนต่างๆ และมีเว็บไซต์ของศูนย์ฯเพื่อเป็นแหล่งเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลให้กับผู้ใช้ 5.สื่อและเครื่องมือที่ควรมีในศูนย์วิทยบริการเครือข่าย มีทั้งสื่อที่ใช้ศึกษาเป็นรายบุคคลและกลุ่มใหญ่ ที่ใช้ในศูนย์และห้องเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการผลิตสื่อด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์และไม่ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ รวมทั้งการสื่อสารผ่านเครือข่าย 6. ศูนย์วิทยบริการเครือข่าย เป็นการรวมห้องสมุดกับศูนย์สื่อเพื่อเป็นหน่วยเดียวกัน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study the network learning resource center for elementary schools. The research findings were as follows 1. Organization of the center composes of administration, services, technical and network divisions. 2. The services of the center aim to students, teachers and communities for searching information and produce media. 3. Physical floor plan of the center including 3.1 study and computer searching space for individual, small group, and large group study and meeting. 3.2 Computerized and non-computerized production space for teachers and students. 3.3 Supporting facilities space include entrance and facilities for the handicapped, storage shelves, circulation desk, waiting area, public relations and exhibition areas, shelves for equipment and materials. The center is air conditioned. 4. Networking service including LAN system and cable television wired to every classroom. Website of the center links the users to the center. 5. Equipment and media in the center are equipped for individual and large group to use within the center and in the classroom. Tools and equipment are also provided to accommodate computer and internet media production. 6. This center combined library and media center as one center.
