Abstract

ศึกษาการบริหารกิจกรรมนักเรียนด้านการจัดการวงโยธวาทิต ของโรงเรียนวัดสุทธิวรารามและโรงเรียนมงฟอร์ตวิทยาลัย และเปรียบเทียบสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้อง กับการบริหารกิจกรรมวงโยธวาทิตของทั้งสองโรงเรียน โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ผู้ฝึกสอนวงโยธวาทิตและคณะกรรมการนักเรียนวงโยธวาทิต ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารกิจกรรมวงโยธวาทิตของทั้งสองโรงเรียน ค่อนข้างคล้ายกันคือ แบ่งได้เป็นสองส่วน ส่วนแรกเป็นการบริหารในระดับโรงเรียน ซึ่งเป็นระดับนโยบายและการอำนวยการ มีผู้อำนวยการเป็นผู้บริหารสูงสุด และได้รับมอบหมายให้ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการ เป็นผู้ดูแลและประสานงานกับอาจารย์ผู้ฝึกสองวงโยธวาทิต ส่วนที่สองเป็นการบริหารที่เป็นการดำเนินการ ในระดับของคณะกรรมการนักเรียนวงโยธวาทิต โดยทั้งสองโรงเรียนมีการแบ่งหน้าที่รับผิดชอบ ในการจัดกิจกรรมและการดำเนินการค่อนข้างคล้ายกันคือ มีหัวหน้าวง เป็นผู้ดูแลการดำเนินงานของฝ่ายต่างๆ และปฏิบัติตามสิ่งที่ได้รับมอบหมาย จากอาจารย์ผู้ฝึกสอนวงโยธวาทิต มีรองหัวหน้าวงเป็นผู้ช่วยและแบ่งการทำงานได้เป็นสองประเภทคือ กลุ่มหัวหน้าฝ่ายทำหน้าที่ในการดำเนินงานของฝ่ายต่างๆ ในวงให้เรียบร้อย และอีกกลุ่มคือกลุ่มหัวหน้าเครื่องดนตรี ทำหน้าที่ดูแลในเรื่องการฝึกซ้อมของสมาชิกในกลุ่ม โดยดำเนินงานภายใต้ระบบรุ่นพี่-รุ่นน้อง ทั้งสองโรงเรียนให้การสนับสนุนการดำเนินกิจกรรมวงโยธวาทิต ในด้านงบประมาณ บุคลากร อาคารสถานที่และการฝึกซ้อมเป็นอย่างดี และมีการประเมินผลเมื่อเส็จสินโครงการหรือสิ้นภาคการศึกษา ปัญหาที่พบทั้งสองโรงเรียนคือ อาจารย์ไม่มีความถนัดในการทำงานด้านเอกสาร การเขียนแผนโครงการ อีกปัญหาคือโรงเรียนวัดสุทธิวราราม ไม่มีสถานที่ซ้อมแถวที่เหมาะสม และโรงเรียนมงฟอร์ตวิทยาลัย ไม่มีสถานที่แสดงคอนเสิร์ตที่เหมาะสม

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research was designed to do the comparative study of the management of student activity in school military bands of Watsuthiwararam School and Monfort College. Problems related to the management of student activity in terms of military band of both schools were also found out. The research indicated that the management of both school military bands are quite similar. It is composed of two sections : the management at the school level, dealing with-policy and general administration, which the principle responsibilities are assigned to the assistant principal, serving as co-ordinator comunicating with the teacher in charge of school military band, and the other section rested with military band student committee of each school. The school military band student committee comprising band leader and assistand band leader taken in charge of overseeing overall activties of the band and condcut other activities as teacher's instruction. The military band student committee can be devided into two groups : group leader and music instrument leaders. Grounp leaders looks over the progress the band activities, while instument leader is responsible for the practice of various kind of music instruments. Both school provided sufficient budgetary fund, proper space and facilities needed, and especially in having trainer to fulfil students with special musical skills. Major problem occurring in both schools in the insufficient skill of teacher in project planing. The other big problem as cited at the Watsuthiwararam school is that having unsuitable place for marching and display practice, while Monfort College complaint is that they have no appropriate place for the concert performance.
