Abstract

การวิจัยครังนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายหลักเพื่อพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการโรงเรียน โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนเพชรนํ้าใจ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสังเกตอย่างมีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์อย่างเป็นทางการและไม่เป็นทางการ รวมทั้งการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร และดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และการตีความเพื่อสรุป ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า องค์ประกอบของตัวบ่งชี้การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการโรงเรียนมีทั้งสิ้น 10 องค์ประกอบ 47 ตัวบ่งชี้เชิงคุณภาพ คือ 1) ความเหมาะสมของกระบวนการแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการโรงเรียนมี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2) คุณลักษณะของคณะกรรมการโรงเรียน มี 9 ตัวบ่งชี้ 3) คุณสมบัติของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ 4) บทบาทของคณะกรรมการโรงเรียน มี 8 ตัวบ่งชี้ 5) อำนาจหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการโรงเรียน มี 1 ตัวบ่งชี้ 6) การบริหาร ดำเนินงาน และการวางแผนการดำเนินงาน มี 7 ตัวบ่งชี้ 7) การดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการโรงเรียน มี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ 8) การดำเนินงานร่วมกันระหว่างคณะกรรมการโรงเรียนกับโรงเรียน มี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ 9) ผลการดำเนินงาน มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ 10) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคณะกรรมการโรงเรียนกับโรงเรียน มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this research is to develop the indicators of the school committee using the qualitative research. Petnamchai School is a case studied by collecting data through observation, formal and informal interview, document analysis, judging the content and interpreting it to the solution. The study found out 10 factors of indicators totally 47 qualitative indicators that lead to better performances of the school committee. 1) The suitability of the process of the school committee obtainment (4 indicators) 2) The school committee’s characteristic (9 indicators) 3) The school director characteristic (4 indicators) 4) The school committee role (8 indicators) 5) The school committee power (1 indicator) 6) The school administration and planning (7 indicators) 7) The school committee performance (3 indicators) 8) The school share plan and administer their work with the school committee (3 indicators) 9) The school performance (4 indicators) 10) The relation between the school and the school committee (4 indicators)
