Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสหสัมพันธ์ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสัมพันธภาพเชิงช่วยเหลือของอาจารย์และนักศึกษากับประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติการพยาบาลทางคลินิกของนักศึกษาพยาบาลในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน และกลุ่มตัวพยากรณ์ที่ร่วมกับพยากรณ์ประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติการพยาบาลทางคลินิกของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ตัวอย่างประชากรคือนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 และ 3 ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน จำนวน 460 คน เลือกโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ผ่านการทดสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและความเที่ยงแล้วผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยของสัมพันธภาพเชิงช่วยเหลือของอาจารย์และนักศึกษารวมทุกด้านและรายด้านคือ การร่วมรู้สึก การยอมรับ การแสดงออกอย่างอบอุ่นและเอื้ออาทร การเป็นแบบอย่างการมีความซื่อสัตย์ การทำกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้โดยตรงกับประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติการพยาบาลทางคลินิกรวมทุกด้านและด้านต่อตนเอง ต่องานและต่อวิชาชีพของนักศึกษาพยาบาลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. สัมพันธภาพเชิงช่วยเหลือของอาจารย์และนักศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติการพยาบาลทางคลินิกของนักศึกษาพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. ตัวแปรที่มีความสำคัญในการร่วมพยากรณ์ประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติการพยาบาลทางคลินิกของนักศึกษาพยาบาลในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน ตามลำดับคือ การเป็นแบบอย่าง การทำกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้โดยตรง การแสดงออกอย่างอบอุ่มและเอื้ออาทร ซึ่งร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติการพยาบาลทางคลินิกของนักศึกษาพยาบาลได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ได้ร้อยละ 32.60 (R² = .3260) ได้สมการทำนายดังต่อไปนี้ สมการในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y = 1.6404 + .2547 MODEL + .1219 FACILIT + .0827 WARMTH สมการในรูปของคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z = .3653 MODEL + .1718 FACILIT + .1335 WARMTH

The purposes of this correlational research were to study the relationship between faculty-student helping relationship and clinical nursing experience of student nurses in private higher education institutions, and search for the factors that would be able to predict students’ clinical nursing experience. The samples were 460 second and third class student nurses, selected by purposive sampling. Research instruments were questionnaires developed by the investigator. The following were the major results of the study: 1. Mean scores of faculty-student helping relationship in total and in the aspects of empathy, respect, warmth and caring, honest, modeling, learning facilitating activities, and mean scores of clinical nursing experience in total and in the aspects of experience toward self, job and profession of student nurses were at the middle level. 2. Faculty-student helping relationship was significantly and positively related, at the middle level, to clinical nursing experience of student nurses, at the .01 level. 3. Modeling, learning facilitating activities, warmth and caring aspects of faculty-student helping relationship were factors that significantly predicted clinical nursing experience of student nurses at the .01 level. These predictors accounted for 32.60 (R² = .3260) of the variance.
