Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษา สภาพปัจจุบันของระบบการจัดเก็บข้อมูลบุคลากรพยาบาล และค้นหาข้อมูลบุคลากรพยาบาลที่จำเป็นต่อการบริหาร เพื่อนำมาจัดระบบสารสนเทศบุคลากรพยาบาลเพื่อการบริหาร และทดลองใช้โปรแกรมของระบบที่โรงพยาบาลประจวบคีรีขันธ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูลในการวิเคราะห์สภาพปัจจุบันและค้นหาข้อมูลบุคลากรพยาบาลที่จำเป็นต่อการบริหาร ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารการพยาบาลและผู้บริหารโรงพยาบาลของโรงพยาบาลศูนย์และโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขต 4 สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข จำนวน 231 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผลการหาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม = 0.98 ดำเนินการจัดระบบตามกระบวนการพัฒนาและออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหาร โดยกำหนดรูปแบบรายงานต่าง ๆ ที่จะเป็นสำหรับการบริหารเกี่ยวกับบุคลากรพยาบาลจำนวน 21 รายงาน และใช้โปรแกรมการจัดการฐานข้อมูลสำหรับไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ ในการสร้างแฟ้มข้อมูล ปรับปรุงข้อมูลและออกรายงานต่าง ๆ ทดลองใช้โปรแกรมของระบบสารสนเทศบุคลากรพยาบาลเพื่อการบริหารในการบริหารงานบุคลากรพยาบาล ที่โรงพยาบาลประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ประเมินผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรม โดยสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารที่มีต่อข้อมูลสารสนเทศบุคลากรพยาบาลที่ผู้บริหารได้รับก่อนและภายหลังการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมของระบบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารที่มีต่อข้อมูลและสารสนเทศที่ได้รับจากระบบที่สร้างขึ้นใหม่และระบบเดิม ในด้านความรวดเร็ว ความถูกต้อง ความมีคุณค่า และความสมบูรณ์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to study the existing state of nursing personnel information system and search for the required data for nursing personnel management in order to organized and test the programs at Prachuabkhirikhan Hospital. The samples used for collecting data were 187 nursing administrators and 44 hospital administrators in regional hospitals and general hospitals in the fourth region under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health. Structured interview form and questionnaire were used to collect data. The system was organized according to the method of developing management information systems by designing 21 different reporting forms necessary for nursing personnel management. Database Management System for Micro-computer were used to create data files, to update data and to issue the reporting forms for nursing personnel management at Prachuabkhirikhan hospital. Testing the programs by using the programs in nursing personnel management and measured before and after using the programs. The result indicated that the programs can provide all necessary relevant data and information, reducing complication in issuing the report, increasing speed, accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the data at the 0.01 significant level.
