Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการเทียบโอนผลการเรียนสายวิชาชีพระหว่างการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย กับการศึกษาในระบบโรงเรียน สร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการเทียบโอนผลการเรียนสายวิชาชีพระหว่างการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยกับการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน สร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการเทียบโอนผลการเรียนสายวิชาชีพระหว่างการศึกษา นอกระบบโรงเรียนกับการศึกษาในระบบโรงเรียน และศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบการเทียบโอนผลการเรียนสายวิชาชีพระหว่างการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย กับการศึกษาในระบบโรงเรียนและการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนไปปฏิบัติ ผู้วิจัยใช้เทคนิค Ethnographic Delphi Future Research - EDFR ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 26 ท่าน จำแนกเป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการศึกษา จำนวน 5 ท่าน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการอาชีวศึกษาและฝึกอบรม จำนวน 6 ท่าน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการศึกษานอกระบบหรือการศึกษาผู้ใหญ่จำนวน 5 ท่าน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านวิชาชีพคอมพิวเตอร์จำนวน 5 ท่าน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านวิชาชีพช่างอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ จำนวน 5 ท่าน และทำการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพิ่มเติม จำนวน 10 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การวิจัยคือแบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามเทคนิคEDFR ใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การหาค่ามัธยฐาน ฐานนิยม พิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ และผลต่างระหว่างมัธยฐานกับฐานนิยม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล พบว่า รูปแบบการเทียบโอนผลการเรียนมี 3 รูปแบบ โดยแต่ละรูปแบบประกอบด้วย รูปแบบย่อย 2 รูปแบบ นอกจากนี้ยังมีองค์ประกอบที่สัมพันธ์เกี่ยวเนื่องกับรูปแบบการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน คือ การฝึกอบรมทางการศึกษานอกระบบเพื่อการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน การประเมินมาตรฐานทักษะวิชาชีพ และ การประกันคุณภาพผลจากการสัมภาษณ์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญถึงความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบการเทียบโอนผลการเรียนไปปฏิบัติ พบว่าผู้เชี่ยวชาญทุกท่านมีความเห็นว่ารูปแบบการเทียบโอนผลการเรียนมีประโยชน์และความเป็นไปได้ที่จะนำไปปฏิบัติ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to construct and develop the vocational education equivalence transfer model between informal education and formal education 1 to construct and develop the vocational education equivalence transfer model between informal education and nonformal education | to construct and develop the vocational education equivalence transfer model between informal education and formal education and to construct and develop the vocational education equivalence transfer model between informal education and formal education and nonformal education and to study the possibility in implementation of the vocational education equivalence transfer model between informal education, formal education and non-formal education. The Ethnographic Delphi Future Research technique was employed for data collection by interviewing 26 experts which could be classified into 5 groups that were: 5 experts in education, 6 experts in vocational education, 5 experts in non-formal education or adult education, and 10 specialists which could be classified into 2 groups that were: 5 specialists in computer and 6 specialists in electronics. To study the possibility เท implementation of the model, the other 10 experts were interviewed . The data were analyzed for Median, Mode, Inter-quartile, and content analysis. Tools were interview schedule and questionnaires. The main findings were: the vocational education equivalence transfer model between informal education, formal education and non-formal education composed of 3 model, each model composed 2 sub models and there were 2 other aspect which related to the vocational education equivalence transfer model that were : the occupational skills standard and quality assurance. | and it's possibility to implement.
