Abstract

ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้ผลการประเมินภายในสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา โดยวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้เวลาในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลภาคสนามในโรงเรียนคันนายาว (ธารินเจริญสงเคราะห์) ซึ่งเป็นสนามในการศึกษา เป็นระยะเวลา 6 เดือน เก็บข้อมูลในสนามจากการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์แบบเป็นทางการและไม่เป็นทางการ แบบสอบถามอย่างง่าย และการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้ผลการประเมินภายในสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ ความรู้ความสามารถของผู้บริหาร ความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการ การมีจิตวิทยาในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น และการพัฒนาตนเองอย่างสม่ำเสมอของผู้บริหาร ปัจจัยด้านผู้ประเมิน ได้แก่ การพัฒนาตนเองของผู้ประเมินและการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่เหมาะสม ทัศนคติต่อการทำงานประเมินภายในสถานศึกษา การเห็นความสำคัญและคุณค่าของการประเมินภายในสถานศึกษา และการเห็นความสำคัญของผลการประเมิน ปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการ ได้แก่ กระบวนการทำงานตามวงจรบริหารคุณภาพ PDCA ซึ่งมีการปรับใช้ผลการประเมินตลอดทั่งกระบวนการ และปัจจัยอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องได้แก่ ความร่วมมือของผู้ปกครองในการร่วมกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของโรงเรียน และการพัฒนาตนเองของนักเรียนในด้านการทำงานและการร่วมกิจกรรมกับทางโรงเรียน ในด้านของอุปสรรคในการใช้ผลการประเมินภายในสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนคันนายาว พบว่า สิ่งที่ยังเป็นอุปสรรคอยู่คือ ภาระหน้าที่ของครูในโรงเรียนมีมาก ทำให้ไม่มีเวลาได้ใกล้ชิดกับนักเรียน และไม่สามารถปรับใช้ ผลการประเมินได้อย่างเต็มที่ และอุปสรรคในด้านตัวนักเรียนบางคนที่ไม่เห็นความสำคัญ ในการให้ความร่วมมือที่จะพัฒนาตนเองให้มีมาตรฐานสูงขึ้น

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study the factors effecting the utilization of internal evaluation results for elementary school. The qualitative method was applied and the field work was conducted in six months period at Kunnayao School. The data were collected by participant observation, formal and infornal interview questionnaire and documentary analysis. The finding were as follows: School administrator factors which effect the utilization of internal evaluation results were knowledge, management, work psychology and skill development. The evaluator factors were skill development, appropriate instruction activities, attitude toward internal evaluation and appriciation on internal evaluation. Process factor was PDCA's process cycle quality management which the results of evaluation was adjusted through the process. And another factors were participation of parents in school activities, and student's skill development in their work and school participation activities. However it still have problems of the utilization of internal evaluation resutls. The problems were as follows: the teachers have so many duties so they do not have time for students and cannot adjusted internal evaluation results and some students do not interested in improve themselves to the higher standard.
