Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตลุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างและตรวจสอบโมเดลผลการประกันคุณภาพการอุดมศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ อาจารย์ที่สังกัดคณะครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย ได้แก่ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยบุรพา และมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ จำนวน 320 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถามการพัฒนาโมเดลผลการประกันคุณภาพการอุดมศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ สถาบันอุดมศึกษา สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย ตรวจสอบโมเดลการวิจัยกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ด้วยโปรแกรมลิสเรล 8.12 ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ดังนี้ โมเดลสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของผลการประกันคุณภาพการอุดมศึกษาได้ร้อยละ 95 ผลการตรวจสอบความตรงของโมเดล มีค่าไค-สแควร์เท่ากับ 37 ที่องศาอิสระเท่ากับ 29.57 ; P = 0.803 ค่า GFI = 0.985 ; ค่า AGFI = 0.978 ; ค่า RMR = 0.13 ตัวแปรที่มีค่าอิทธิพลรวมส่งผลต่อผลการประกันคุณภาพการอุดมศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ เรียงจากมากไปน้อย คือ ระบบและกลไกการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาการบริหารจัดการ การเรียนการสอน การวิจัย การเงินและงบประมาณ การพัฒนานิสิต การบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม ปรัชญา ปณิธาน วัตถุประสงค์ และแผนงาน และการทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม ตามลำดับ โดยส่งผลต่อผลการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ได้แก่ ปริมาณบัณฑิต ความมีชื่อเสียงของคณะ คุณภาพงานวิจัย คุณภาพงานทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม ปริมาณงานบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม ปริมาณงานทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม คุณภาพบัณฑิต คุณภาพงานบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม และปริมาณงานวิจัย

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to develop the result of quality assurance model for higher education in faculty of education under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of University Affairs. The samples consisted of 320 administrators, faculty members of Faculties of Education from 4 universities : Kasetsart University, Chulalongkron University, Burapha University and Srinakharinwirot University. The research instrument was the questionnaire. The model was validated by LISREL version 8.12. Results of this study were as follows: The model could explain the variance of quality assurance result about 95 percent. Model validation of the best fitted model provided the chi-square goodness-of-fit test of 37 ; df = 29.57 ; p = 0.803 GFI = 0.985 ; AGFI = 0.978 and RMR = 0.13. Variables that have the highest total effect on quality assurance performance was stress followed by quality assurance and enhancement, administration and management, teaching and learning, research, finance and budget, student support, public service, philosophy mission objective and planing and culture preservative, respectively. The highest total effect on quality assurance performance was student’s quantity, Popularity’s faculty, Research’s quality, culture preservative’s quality, public service’s quantity, culture preservative’s quantity student’s quality, public service’s quality and research’s quantity.
