Abstract

พัฒนาระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาสำหรับสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลเอกชน ในประเทศไทย วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมีขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1) พัฒนาระบบต้นแบบ 2) ศึกษาความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้โดยการตรวจสอบจาก ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3) ปรับปรุงให้เป็นระบบสมบูรณ์ ระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาสำหรับสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลเอกชน ที่พัฒนาครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย โครงสร้างระบบและการบริหารระบบ ขั้นตอนกระบวนการกิจกรรมในระบบ และองค์ประกอบคุณภาพ ดัชนี และรายการตรวจสอบ ขั้นตอนกระบวนการและกิจกรรมมีดังนี้ การประกันคุณภาพภายใน และการประกันคุณภาพจากภายนอก การประกันคุณภาพภายในประกอบด้วย 1) กระบวนการการควบคุมคุณภาพ ซึ่งมีกิจกรรมสำคัญ 3 กิจกรรม คือ กิจกรรมกำหนดองค์ประกอบคุณภาพและดัชนีชี้วัดคุณภาพ กิจกรรมการดำเนินงานในการควบคุมคุณภาพและปรับปรุงคุณภาพ ที่เป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง และกิจกรรมการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อการตรวจสอบ และจัดทำรายงานการศึกษาตนเอง 2) กระบวนการตรวจสอบและการประเมินคุณภาพภายใน มี 3 กิจกรรมคือ การศึกษารายงานการศึกษาตนเอง (SSR) การดำเนินการตรวจสอบและประเมินคุณภาพภายใน และการจัดทำรายงานการตรวจสอบ 3) กระบวนการการปรับปรุงคุณภาพ และการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพจากภายนอก มี 4 กิจกรรม คือ การศึกษารายงานการตรวจสอบ การปรับปรุงคุณภาพ การจัดทำรายงานการประเมินตนเอง และการดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนดโดยหน่วยงานภายนอกที่ประเมิน และเป็นผู้ให้การรับรองสถาบัน การประกันคุณภาพจากภายนอก มี 3 กระบวนการ 1) กระบวนการตรวจสอบคุณภาพจากภายนอก ประกอบด้วย 4 กิจกรรม คือ หน่วยงานภายนอกแต่งตั้งกรรมการตรวจสอบและประเมิน คณะกรรมการศึกษารายงานการประเมินตนเองของสถาบัน ดำเนินการตรวจสอบตรวจเยี่ยม และการจัดทำรายงานการตรวจสอบ 2) การประเมินคุณภาพจากภายนอก มี 2 กิจกรรม คือ การศึกษารายงานการตรวจสอบและรายงานการประเมินตนเองของสถาบัน และการประเมิน 3) กระบวนการพิจารณารับรองสถาบัน ประกอบด้วย 2 กิจกรรมคือ การพิจารณาตัดสินให้การรับรองสถาบันหรือไม่รับรอง และการแจ้งผลต่อสถาบัน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To develop quality assurance system for private nursing schools. The system is composed of structure and system management, processes and activities of the system, quality components, indicators and quality check lists. The processes and activities are grouping into the internal quality assurance and the external quality assurance sub-systems. The internal quality assurance is composed of three main processes: the quality control process, the internal quality audit and quality assessment and quality improvement and preparing for external quality audit and its activities as follow 1) Quality control has 3 activities; Set the quality components; using the quality components, indicators and quality check lists in guiding the quality control and quality improvement; Preparing for quality audit and make the self study report 2) Internal quality audit and quality assessment has 3 activities; study SSR; quality audit and quality assessment by its own institution; make the audit report 3) Quality improvement and preparing for external quality audit has 4 activities; study SSR; quality improvement; make SAR; ready for external quality assurance process. External quality assurance is composed of the 3 main processes: 1) External quality audit, 2) External quality assessment, 3) Accreditation. Accreditation decision making and reporting the evaluation result to the nursing school
