Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการประเมินแบบ 360 พัฒนาการสอนของครู สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา และเพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของการประเมินแบบ 360 องศา โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างครูและนักเรียนในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จำนวน 20 คนและ 630 คน ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. กระบวนการประเมินแบบ 360 องศา ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีลักษณะสำคัญ ดังนี้ (1) ประเด็น หลักในการประเมินเพื่อพัฒนาการสอนของครูครอบคลุม 3 ด้าน คือ คุณลักษณะของความเป็นครู พฤติกรรมการทำงานกระบวนการทำงาน/กระบวนการสอน และผลลัพธ์ของงาน (2 ) หลักการ ประเมินมี 4 แบบ คือ การประเมินจากบนลงล่าง การประเมินจากล่างขึ้นบน การประเมินจากด้าน ข้างและการประเมินตนเอง (3) แหล่งผู้ให้ข้อมูล มี 5 แหล่ง คือ ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยโรงเรียน หัวหน้า หมวดวิชา เพื่อนร่วมงาน ตนเอง และนักเรียน (4) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมิน คือ แบบประเมินโดยครู แบบประเมินโดยนักเรียน และแบบวัดทัศนคติต่อการประเมินแบบ 360 องศา และ (5) การดำเนินการประเมินแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะการออกแบบการประเมิน ระยะการลงมือการ ปฏิบัติการมี 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ การเลือกทีมประเมิน การ ดำเนินการประเมิน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และ การรายงานผลการประเมิน และระยะการประเมินประสิทธิผลของการใช้กระบวนการประเมิน 2. ผลการศึกษาประสิทธิผลของกระบวนการประเมินแบบ 360 องศา พบว่า การประเมิน ในภาพรวมของการเปรียบเทียบผลการประเมินครั้งที่ 1 กับครั้งที่ 3 ครูพัฒนาการเพิ่มขึ้นเฉลี่ย ร้อย ละ 87.33 โดยร้อยละ 80 ของครูมีความพึงพอใจ และมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการประเมินแบบ 360 องศา นอกจากนี้ กระบวนการประเมินนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ในโรงเรียนได้ เพราะผู้บริหารเห็นว่าเป็นกระบวน การทางวิทยาศาสตร์ที่ช่วยพัฒนาครูได้ตรงประเด็น และผู้บริหารยอมรับว่าการนำกระบวนการนี้ ไป ใช้มีความสะดวก อีกทั้งครูส่วนใหญ่และนักเรียนทุกคนยอมรับกระบวนการแบบนี้

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to develop the 360 degree appraisal process for teaching development of secondary school teachers under the Junsdiction of the Department of General Education and to study the effectiveness of implementation of the process through 20 teachers and 630 students. The research findings were as follows: 1. The 360 degree appraisal process consisted of the following characteristics: (1) The major aspects of the evaluation were teacher's characteristics, working behaviors/ working process/ teaching process, and outcomes. (2) Four types of evaluations were employed. They were downward appraisal, upward appraisal, lateral appraisal and self assessment. (3) Five data sources of the evaluation were included. They were the assistant principal, head of academic department, peer, self and student. (4) The instruments were composed of questionnaire and attitude scale (5) The procedure of the evaluation was divided into 3 phrases. Phase one was designing of the evaluation. Phase two was the action of evaluation which comprised team building, conducting the evaluation, data analysis and reporting the evaluation results. Phase three was the implementation of effectiveness evaluation 2. Result from the implementation of the effectiveness of the 360 degree appraisal process was found that, totally, the development of the teachers from the first to the third evaluations increased by 87.33 average percent. The 80 percent of the teachers satisfied and had positive attitude towards the process. It was feasible to use the process in the schools, because the principal admitted that the evaluation process could develop teachers directly, and the implementation of the process was convenient. Moreover, most of the teachers and all students accepted the evaluation process.
