Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อศึกษาถึงบทบาทของ “บวร" (บ้าน วัด และโรงเรียน) ในการพัฒนาชุมชนหมู่บ้านโหรา จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง “บวร" ดังกล่าว เน้นบทบาทของสถาบันครอบครัวและเครือญาติ สถาบันศาสนาและความเชื่อ และสถาบันการศึกษาในการพัฒนาหมู่บ้านโหราด้านการศึกษา ด้านเศรษฐกิจและด้านสังคม การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้การวิจัยสนามทางมานุษยวิทยา โดยมีเทคนิควิจัยสำคัญคือ การสังเกตอย่างมีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข่าวสำคัญ การสำรวจสิ่งแวดล้อมชุมชน การสำรวจประชากร และการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก สมมติฐานของการวิจัยมีดังนี้ :- 1. สถาบันครอบครัวและเครือญาติ สถาบันศาสนาและความเชื่อและสถาบันการศึกษามีบทบาทในการพัฒนาด้านการศึกษา 2. สถาบันครอบครัวและเครือญาติ สถาบันศาสนาและความเชื่อและสถาบันการศึกษามีบทบาทในการพัฒนาด้านเศรษฐกิจ 3. สถาบันครอบครัวและเครือญาติ สถาบันศาสนาและความเชื่อและสถาบันการศึกษามีบทบาทในการพัฒนาด้านสังคม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทุกข้อเป็นไปตามสมมติฐาน แต่มีระดับแตกต่างกัน กล่าวคือ สถาบันนครอบครัวและเครือญาติมีบทบาทอย่างมากในการพัฒนาหมู่บ้านโหราทั้งทางด้านการศึกษา เศรษฐกิจ และด้านสังคม ขณะที่สถาบันศาสนาและความเชื่อมีบทบาทน้อยและสถาบันการศึกษามีบทบาทน้อยมากในการพัฒนาหมู่บ้านโหรา นอกจากนี้ผลการวิจัยยังบ่งชี้ว่า สถาบันครอบครัวและเครือญาติ สถาบันศาสนาและความเชื่อและสถาบันการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กันในการพัฒนาชุมชน แต่สถาบันครอบครัวและเครือญาติมีบทบาทมากที่สุดในการพัฒนาชุมชนของหมู่บ้านโหราแห่งนี้

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research is to study the roles of Borvorn (Home, Temple and School) in community development in Ban Hora, Roi Et Province. This will be achieved by emphasizing the roles of family, religious and educational institutions in educational, economic and social development. This research uses anthropological field work the research techniques of participant observation. key-informant interviews. Ecological mapping, field censuses and in-depth interviews. The hypothesis of this research are the following: 1. Family, religious and educational institutions play roles in educational development. 2. Family, religious and educational institutions play roles in economic development. 3. Family, religious and educational institutions play roles in social development. The findings of this research have demonstrated that each items is in accord with the hypothesis, and the family institution has the greatest roles in educational, economic and social development in Ban Hora. Whereas the religious institutions have lesser roles and educational institution have the least roles in those three areas of development. Apart from this, the research has further demonstrated that family, religious and educational institutions have a relationship to community development, but the institution of the family has the greatest role in community development in this village.
