Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมจริยธรรมในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาตามนโยบายการศึกษาของกรุงเทพมหานคร วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย โดยมีรูปแบบการวิจัยคือการศึกษาเอกสาร การสำรวจ และการสัมภาษณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โรงเรียนยึดถือนโยบายการศึกษาของกรุงเทพมหานครในการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมจริยธรรม 8 ด้านคือ สะอาด ขยัน อดทน ประหยัด ซื่อสัตย์ เสียสละ กตัญญู รู้และปฏิบัติตามกติกา มีผู้อำนวยการหรืออาจารย์ใหญ่เป็นผู้ตัดสินใจกำหนดแนวในการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมจริยธรรมของโรงเรียน คณะครูกับผู้บริหารร่วมกันวางแผนและเขียนแผนไว้เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรในลักษณะแผนปฏิบัติงานประจำปีของโรงเรียน โดยคำนึงถึงนโยบายการศึกษาของกรุงเทพมหานครมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากการจัดกิจกรรม ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน การเรียนการสอนในหลักสูตร และความต้องการของโรงเรียน ตามลำดับ และมีการประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรมโดยการสังเกตพฤติกรรมของนักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม กิจกรรมที่โรงเรียนจัดครบทุกโรงเรียนคือ กิจกรรมการรักษาความสะอาดภายในโรงเรียน กิจกรรมลูกเสือและยุวกาชาด กิจกรรม โครงการอาหารกลางวัน กิจกรรมวันไหว้ครู กิจกรรมวันแม่แห่งชาติ กิจกรรมวันพ่อแห่งชาติ กิจกรรมพลศึกษาและกีฬานักเรียน และกิจกรรมวันอำลาอาลัย ส่วนกิจกรรมที่ไม่ได้จัดทุกโรงเรียน อาจเสนอโดรเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้คือ กิจกรรมสหกรณ์โรงเรียน กิจกรรมสุขภาพปากและฟัน กิจกรรมตัดผมนักเรียน กิจกรรมออมทรัพย์ กิจกรรมรณรงค์เพื่อการไม่สูบบุหรี่และป้องกันยาเสพติด กิจกรรมอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขมูลฐานในโรงเรียน และกิจกรรมเพื่อนช่วยเพื่อนและพี่ช่วยน้อง ตามลำดับ กิจกรรมต่าง ๆ เหล่านี้เป็นกิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นทั้งในห้องเรียนและนอกห้องเรียน และกิจกรรมแต่ละกิจกรรมส่งเสริมจริยธรรมหลายด้าน เมื่อพิจารณาในภาพรวมพบว่า กิจกรรมเหล่านั้นส่งเสริมจริยธรรมด้านความขยันมากที่สุด สำหรับรูปแบบ วิธีการ ปัญหา ข้อเสนอแนะ และผลในการจัดกิจกรรมพบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันในแต่ละกิจกรรม

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to analyze the organization of moral enhancement activities in elementary schools according to educational policy of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The research methodology was descriptive and included documenting, surveying, and interviewing techniques. The findings showed that moral enhancement activities, organized by the schools, followed the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration's policy. The activities included cleanliness, diligence, endurance, savings, faithfulness, sacrifice, gratitude, knowledge of and conformation to school regulations. The decision-making was made by the school directors or the principals. Then the school's annual operation plan would be developed and written together by the teachers and the administrators. The plan concerned mostly the Bangkok Metropolitan administration's policy. It concerned less the benefits expected from the activities organization; teacher-student relationships; school-_community relationships; inistruction as defined in the curriculum; and school needs. The activities organization was evaluated by means of observing student behavior. The activities provided by every school included cleanliness, Boyscout and Red Cross youth, school lunch program, respecting Teacher's Day, Mother's Day, • Father's Day, physical education, and farewell events. The activities provided by some schools, ranked from most to least in importance were school cooperation, oral and dental hygiene, student hair-cuts, financial savings, non-smoking and drug prevention campaign, school volunteers for basic hygiene, peer tutoring and brotherhood. These activities took place both inside and outside of the classroom. Each activity enhanced several aspects of morality, while diligence was enhanced most. Patterns, methods, problems, recommendations and results of the activities organization were found to be different with each activity.
