Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบ ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อม ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร ตามตัวแปรเพศ ผู้วิจัยสร้างแบบสอบถามโดยให้ครอบคลุมเนื้อหา 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ เรื่อง ดิน น้ำ ป่าไม้ และพลังงาน และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมที่มีผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพ ได้แก่ มลพิษทางน้ำ อากาศ เสียง สารพิษ และขยะมูลฝอย ผู้วิจัยส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังนักเรียนจำนวน 500 ฉบับ ได้รับกลับคืน 432 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.40 ผู้วิจัยนำแบบสอบถามที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบความแตกต่างด้วยค่า “ที" (t-test) ที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ด้านความรู้พบว่านักเรียนมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเมื่อแยกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า นักเรียนมีความรู้ด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และด้านผลกระทบที่มีต่อสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเช่นเดียวกัน และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบความรู้ตามตัวแปรเพศ พบว่านักเรียนชายและนักเรียนหญิงมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและด้านผลกระทบที่มีต่อสุขภาพไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ด้านทัศนคติและการปฏิบัติ พบว่านักเรียนมีทัศนคติและการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีเมื่อแยกเป็นรายด้านพบว่า นักเรียนมีทัศนคติและการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และด้านผลกระทบที่มีต่อสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับดีเช่นเดียวกัน และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบทัศนคติและการปฏิบัติตามตัวแปรเพศ พบว่า นักเรียนชายและนักเรียนหญิง มีทัศนคติและการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมที่มีผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 โดยนักเรียนหญิงมีทัศนคติและการปฏิบัติดีกว่านักเรียนชาย

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of the research were to investigate the knowledge, attitudes and practices concerning the environment of secondary school students in Metropolitan Bangkok, and to compare any differences in the responses between males and females. The questionnaires were sent to 500 Mathayom Suksa students of which 432 questionnaires, or 86.40 percent, were returned. The data were then analyzed to obtain percentages, means and standard deviation. A t-test method was also applied to determine the statistically significant differences at the .05 level. The results revealed the following: 1. Students’ knowledge concerning the impact of the environment as a whole was moderate. Their knowledge regarding natural conservation and health effects was also moderate. There were no statistically significant differences at the .05 level between males and females. 2. Students’ attitudes and practices concerning the impact of the environment as a whole were found to be good. Their attitudes and practices regarding natural conservation and health effects were also found to be good. The attitudes and practices of males and females students regarding the health effects of environment were found to be significant differences at the .05 level. Females’ demonstrated a high degree of attitudes and practices than did their male peers.
