Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ถึงสภาพปัจจุบันของศูนย์กลางชุมชนบางแคและพื้นที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยรอบในด้านการใช้ที่ดิน บทบาทความสำคัญ ศักยภาพของพื้นที่ แนวโนมการขยายตัวรูปแบบชุมชน และระบบสาธารณูปโภคสาธารณูปการที่เหมาะสม เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาศูนย์กลางชุมชนบางแค ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ศูนย์กลางชุมชนบางแคมีการใช้ที่ดินที่ไม่เป็นระเบียบ และไม่สอดคล้องกับศักยภาพของพื้นที่มีความแตกต่างกันไปตามแนวเส้นทางคมนาคมอันเนื่องมาจากข้อจำกัดของสภาพหางกายภาพและระบบโครงข่ายการคมนาคม ทำให้เกิดปัญหาการใช้ที่ดินอย่างไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ ปัญหาการจราจรคิดขัด และปัญหาสภาพแวดล้อมต่าง ๆ ตามมาเป็นลำดับบางแคเป็นศูนย์กลางชุมชนที่มีความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงเชื่อมต่อระหว่างเมืองกับปริมณฑลทางฝั่งตะวันตกของกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีบทบาทการให้บริการที่สำคัญด้านพาณิชยกรรม คือ 1. มีศูนย์การค้าขนาดใหญ่ที่ให้บริการครอบคลุมทุกด้านถึงสามแห่ง 2 . ตลาดสดอยู่ติดกันสามแห่ง ซึ่งให้บริการเกือบตลอดวัน 3. หาบเร่แผงลอยประมาณ 800 แผง มีการกระจุกดตัวเป็นกลุ่ม ๆ มีผลทำให้ดึงดูดผู้คนมาใช้บริการเป็นจำนวนมากข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางการพัฒนาศูนย์กลางชุมชนบางแค 1 . ด้านการใช้ที่ดิน ควรควบคุมการใช้ที่ดิน จัดระเบียบและปรับปรุงพื้นที่ที่มีกิจกรรมไม่เหมาะสมกับลักษณะสภาพของพื้นที่ที่มีอยู่ โดยยึดแนวคิดที่จะส่งเสริมให้ศูนย์กลางชุมชนบางแคเป็นศูนย์กลางทางการค้า 2 . ด้านโครงข่ายการคมนาคมขนส่ง ควรมีการพัฒนาระบบการจราจรควบคู่กับนโยบายด้านการใช้ที่ดินเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการคมนาคมขนส่งแก่ประชาชน และเป็ดพื้นที่ที่ยังไม่ได้รับการพัฒนาให้สามารถพัฒนาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และช่วยแก้ปัญหาการจราจรติดขัด 3 . ด้านสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านสังคม ให้มีบริการด้านการศึกษา ด้านสาธารณสุข โดยได้เสนอให้มีโรงพยาบาลของรัฐ และปรับปรุงศูนย์บริหารสาธารณสุขต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้บริการแก่ประชาชนที่มารับบริการอย่างทั่วถึง ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ให้มีการควบคุมกิจกรรมประเภทอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อลดมลพิษ ให้มีสวนสาธารณะ ให้มีการสร้างสนามเด็กเล่น และศูนย์กีฬาเพื่อการออกกำลังกาย และนันทนาการของประชาชนทั่วไป

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research are to study and analyse current conditions of Bangkae community center and related surrounding areas in land uses, functions, potential, growth trend, community pattern, and appropriate utilities and facilities systems to recommend development guidelines for the community in the future. The research has founded that Bangkae community center has disordered land uses inconsistent to area potential. There is development differences along road lines because of physical conditions and communication networks limitation, resulted in inefficient land uses, traffic congestion, and a serial of environmental problems. Recommendations for development of Bangkae community center; frisly land uses should be controlled, regulate orders and improve areas with activities improper to existing conditions under the criteria to promote Bangkae to become commercial center. Seceondly, transportation network should be imprived in correlation with land use policy for transportation conveniency of the people, and to induce proper development into undeveloped areas, and to solve traffic congestion problem. Thirdly, provision of education and public hygiene by establishment of public hospital and improvement of public hygiene service centers to adequately serve the people. Industrial activities should be controlled to decrease pollution. Pards, Children paygrounds, sport centers and other public recreations should be provided.
