Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการสอนและการ ใช้การประชุมปรึกษาของอาจารย์พยาบาลในการสอนในคลินิก ภาควิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ คณะแพทย์ศาสตร์ โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ อาจารย์พยาบาลที่ทำการสอนในคลินิก จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการสอนและแบบสัมภาษณ์การใช้ การประชุมปรึกษาของอาจารย์พยาบาล ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นโดยผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 10 ท่าน ความเที่ยงของแบบสังเกตเท่ากับ 0.92 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. อาจารย์พยาบาลมีพฤติกรรมการสอนในการประชุมปรึกษาจำนวนมากที่สุดในเรื่องพฤติกรรมส่วนบุคคล ในการสร้างบรรยากาศที่ดี รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านการกระตุ้นให้นักศึกษามีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงความคิดเห็น ด้านการเสนอความรู้ และแนวคิดต่าง ๆ และป้อนข้อมูลย้อนกลับ และด้านการเสริมแรงเพิ่มแรงจูงใจตามลำดับ 2. พฤติกรรมการสอนของอาจารย์ที่มีคุณวุฒิทางการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การสอนที่แตกต่างกันจะไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ . 05 3. อาจารย์พยาบาลใช้การประชุมปรึกษาโดยจัดกลุ่มนักศึกษากลุ่มย่อย 5-10 คน การประชุมปรึกษาก่อนปฏิบัติงาน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเตรียมนักศึกษาให้พร้อมที่จะปฏิบัติ จำแนกปัญหาของผู้ป่วยวางแผนการพยาบาล ตรวจสอบความรู้นักศึกษา และแจ้งจุดมุ่งหมายในการเรียน เวลาที่ใช้คือ 20-30 นาที สำหรับการประชุมปรึกษาหลังปฏิบัติงาน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลงาน ที่ปฏิบัติอภิปรายปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณทางคลินิก และทบทวนความรู้ทางด้านวิชาการ เวลาที่ใช้มากกว่า 45 นาที สถานที่มักจัดคือในห้องประชุมหรือห้องสอนแสดง และรูปแบบการประชุมปรึกษาส่วนใหญ่เป็นการใช้การอภิปราย

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this research were to analyze and to compare nursing instructors’ teaching behaviors in clinical conference, Department of Nursing Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University. Research samples consisted of 30 clinical nursing instructors. The instruments used in this study included teaching behaviors observation form and a structured interview from regarding the use of clinical conference. Those two forms were tested for the content validity and the reliability of the former tool was 0.92. The major findings were as follows: 1. The most frequent behaviors demonstrated in clinical conference was the personal development for the better teaching and learning atmosphere. The less frequent teaching behaviors were also ranked as: the teacher’s encouragement of classroom participation, the proposal of knowledge and various perspectives, the provision of reinforcement and motivation, and the evaluation and feedback, respectively. 2. There was no significantly difference between the means of teaching behaviors of nursing instructors who had different education qualifications and teaching experiences. 3. Clinical conference was used with a group of 5-10 students. The purposes of pre-conference were to prepare students for their practice, to classify patients’ problem and to inform the learning objectives of the students. while, the purposes of post-conference included to evaluate the students’ accomplishment, to discuss the alternatives to the existing problems, and to share their learning experience. The range of time in conducting pre-conference was 20-30 minutes, whereas, in the post-conference was over 45 minutes. In addition, clinical Conference was mainly arranged in the conference room on the unit. The teaching methodology most frequently used by clinical instructors during conference was small group discussion.
