Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ในสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาล เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามอาชีพบิดาหรือมารดา ประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยที่บ้าน การเลือกตัวแบบ และระดับชั้นปี ตัวอย่างประชากรคือ นักศึกษาพยาบาล หลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตร์บัณฑิต และหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรพยาบาลศาสตร์ จาก 5 สถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาล จำนวน 681 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม และ แบบวัดทัศนคติที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติ โดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่าที ค่าเอฟ และทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.นักศึกษาพยาบาล มีทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี เมื่อแยกวิเคราะห์เป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านลักษณะวิชาชีพ ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ร่วมงาน ผู้ป่วยและญาติ และด้านองค์กรวิชาชีพ อยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนด้านการยอมรับจากสังคม ด้านการปฏิบัติงาน และด้านความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพ อยู่ในระดับดีป่นกลาง 2. ทัศนคติของนักศึกษาพยาบาลต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาล จำแนกตามการเลือกตัวแบบ และระดับชั้นปี แตกต่างกัน โดยนักศึกษาที่เลือก อาจารย์พยาบาล ผู้นำฝ่ายการพยาบาล และพยาบาลประจำการ มีทัศนคติดีกว่านักศึกษาที่เลือกนักศึกษาพยาบาลเป็นตัวแบบ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 มีทัศนคติดีกว่านักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4, 2 และ 3 ตามลำดับ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยที่บ้าน นักศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยที่บ้าน มีทัศนคติดีกว่านักศึกษาที่ไม่มีประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยที่บ้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนทัศนคติของนักศึกษาพยาบาลต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาล จำแนกตามอาชีพบิดา หรือมารดา ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research were to study and compare the attitude toward the nursing profession of student nurses in nursing education institutions in Bangkok Metropolitan Area, classified by parent’ s career, experience in caring of patient at home, choosing of role model and year of study. The sample groups were 681 student nurses of Bachelors of Nursing Science Program from five Nursing Education Institutions. Research instruments were questionnaires and attitude test constructed by the researcher. The obtained data was analysed by means, standard deviation, t–test, ANOVA and Scheffe’s method. The major findings were as follows: 1.The attitude of student nurses toward nursing profession were at good level. When analysed in subset, characteristic of profession, relationship between co – operant and patients, professional organization, were at good level but the social acception, practicing and progression of profession were at moderate level.2. The attitude of student nurses toward nursing profession classified by choosing of role model and year of study were different. Student nurses who chosed nursing instructors, nurse leaders and staff nurses as role model had better attitude than those chosed student nurses as role model. First year students had better attitude than fourth, second and third year students respectively, which were significant different at .01 level. Students who had experience in caring of patient at home had better attitude than those with no experience, which significant different at .05 level. Student nurses with different parent’s careers had no different attitude toward nursing profession at .05 level.
