Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดของผู้นำท้องถิ่นเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดลพบุรี วิธีดำเนินวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย โดยใช้การศึกษาเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้นำท้องถิ่นมีแนวคิดว่าการศึกษาหมายถึงการให้ความรู้และการแสวงหาความรู้ (2) ผู้นำท้องถิ่นว่าจุดมุ่งหมายการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดลพบุรี 17 ข้อนั้น ควรมี 15 ข้อ ได้แก่ เพื่อให้เด็กที่มีอายุอยู่ในเกณฑ์การศึกษาภาคบังคับทุกคนได้เข้าเรียนในระดับประถมศึกษาจนจบหลักสูตร เพื่อให้เด็กมีความเป็นพลเมืองดีในระบอบประชาธิปไตย มีความจงรักภักดีต่อชาติ ศาสนา พระมหากษัตริย์ มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม มีความขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ รู้จักประหยัด อดทน มีวินัย รู้จักอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม มีความรู้และทักษะพื้นฐานทางด้านภาษาไทย คณิตศาสตร์ วิทยาศาตร์ มีกิจนิสัยที่ดีในการทำงาน มีสุขภาพอนามัยแข็งแรง ส่วนปัญหาคือ ครูไม่เข้าใจจุดมุ่งหมายและผู้นำท้องถิ่นได้เสนอแนะว่าควรให้ความรู้และความเข้าใจแก่ครูทางด้านจุดมุ่งหมายให้ครูรู้อย่างแท้จริง (3) ในด้านองค์ประกอบการศึกษา ผู้นำท้องถิ่นคิดว่าในส่วนของหลักสูตรให้เพิ่มเติมเรื่องการละเล่นต่างๆ และการแสดงพื้นเมืองในกลุ่มทักษะภาษาไทย ให้เพิ่มเติมเรื่องประวัติความเป็นมาของจังหวัดลพบุรีในกลุ่มสร้างเสริมประสบการณ์ชีวิต ให้เพิ่มเติมทางด้านศีลธรรมและประเพณีต่างๆ ในจังหวัดลพบุรีในกลุ่มสร้างเสริมลักษณะนิสัย ให้เพิ่มเติมเรื่องอาชีพในท้องถิ่นในกลุ่มการงานพื้นฐานอาชีพ ปัญหาเรื่องหลักสูตรคือ ครูไม่เข้าใจหลักสูตรอย่างแท้จริง ผู้นำท้องถิ่นได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะว่าครูควรศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยกับหลักสูตร ส่วนด้านตัวนักเรียน ผู้นำท้องถิ่นคิดว่านักเรียนควรมีสุขภาพอนามัยแข็งแรงและคิดว่าเมื่อเด็กเรียนจบชั้นประถมศึกษาแล้วควรให้ศึกษาต่อ ส่วนปัญหาคือ เด็กติดยาเสพติด ซึ่งผู้นำท้องถิ่นได้เสนอแนะว่าครูและผู้ปกครองควรประสานกันโดยสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่จะช่วยแก้ปัญหาร่วมกัน (4) สำหรับด้านการเรียนการสอน ผู้นำท้องถิ่นคิดวิธีการสอนต้องมีสื่อการสอนแก่ครู (5) ในด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษา ผู้นำท้องถิ่นส่วนใหญ่คิดว่าชุมชนควรมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา และผู้ที่ควรมีส่วนร่วมคือผู้นำท้องถิ่น ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ผู้มีความรู้

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to study the thoughts of the local leaders about education in Changwat Lop Buri. The research methodology was descriptive using documentary and interviewing techniques. Research findings : (1) Local leaders thought that education should mean "to acknowledge and to search knowledge." (2) Local leaders highlighted that 15 out of 17 primary educational objectives in chanhwat Lop Buri were acceptable : every child who was in compulsory education age should go to school and graduate ; they should be good citizen, should be loyal to the nation, religion, and king, should have morals, should be faithful, should be economical, should be patient, moreover, they should have self discipline, should have a sense of preserving environment and natural resources, should have basic skills in Thai, Mathematics, and Science subjects, should have a good habit at work, and a good health. In addition, the local leaders suggested that most teachers did not understand the educational objectives. Their recommendation was to Train Teachers to develop the in comprehension on educational objectives and teaching skills. (3) Local leaders suggested that local playing games and folk performance should be added in Thai language group, skill subject group, Changwat Lop Buri’s history in Life Experience subject group, morals, cultures and customs of Changwat Lop Buri in Character Development subject group, and including local occupations in Work-Oriented Experience subject group. For the teacher factor, most teachers did not exactly understand what the curriculum was. Local leaders proposed that teachers should study and understand the curriculum was Local leaders proposed that teachers should study and understand the curriculum. For the students, they should be healthy and should further their study in higher level. The students’ problem was drug addiction which teachers and parents should co-operate to solve. (4) For teaching and learning, local leaders proposed that teaching media should be available and the problem is lacking teaching materials. Advice should be given to teachers on teaching. (5) Most local leaders stated that the community should co-operate to support local education, especially local leaders, parents and educated persons.
