Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ เป็นการวิจัยและเสนอซอฟต์แวร์การควบคุมคุณภาพเชิงสถิติเพื่อใช้งานบน Microsoft Windows 3.1, Thai Edition โดยใช้ชื่อว่า SQC ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนทีใช้ในการคำนวณ และส่วนทีใช้แสดงทฤษฎีที่ใช้ในการคำนวณ ส่วนที่ใช้ในการคำนวณถูกพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้ Microsoft Visual Basic Version 3.0, Professional Edition และส่วนที่ใช้แสดงทฤษฎีที่ได้ในการคำนวณถูกพัฒนาโดยใช้วิธีการพัฒนา Help file ของ Microsoft Windows ซอฟต์แวร์นี้ได้ย่อขนาดแฟ้มข้อมูลลง ใน Floppy disk ขนาด 1.44 MB จำนวน 1 แผ่น และมีความสามารถดังนี้ 1. คำนวณความน่าจะเป็นของการแจกแจงความน่าจะเป็นไม่ต่อเนื่องและต่อเนื่องที่สำคัญ 2. คำนวณหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐานของข้อมูล 3. ทดสอบลักษณะการแจกแจงความน่าจะเป็นของประชากร โดยใช้การทดสอบไคสแควร์ 4. สร้างและวิเคราะห์ฮิสโตแกรม และแผนภูมิพาเรโตเบื้องต้นได้ 5. คำนวณเส้นกึ่งกลางและพิกัดควบคุม และสร้างแผนภูมิควบคุมสำหรับข้อมูลแบบตัวแปรและ แบบคุณภาพ และสามารถวิเคราะห์แผนภูมิโดยอาศัยการตรวจสอบความผิดปกติที่เกิดขึ้นบนแผนภูมิได้ 6. คำนวณค่าดัชนีและออกแบบแผนการสุ่มตัวอย่างที่สำคัญ 7. แสดงทฤษฎีที่ใช้ในการคำนวณได้ การคำนวณโดยใช้ซอฟต์แวร์นี้สามารถลดเวลาในการคำนวณ และผลการคำนวณยังมีความถูกต้องและแม่นยำ ตลอดจนสามารถจัดเก็บเรียกใช้ และจัดพิมพ์ข้อมูลออกทางเครื่องพิมพ์ได้อย่างสะดวก

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This thesis develops a statistical quality control software to run on Microsoft Windows 3.1 Thai Edition. The software, named SQC, consists of two parts: one for computation and the other for explaining the theories for computation. The part for computation is developed with Microsoft Visual Basic, version 3.0, Professional Edition. The part for explanation is developed by using Microsoft Windows' help file development concept. The software is compressed into one floppy disk and can be1 used for the following purposes: 1. To compute probability for some discrete and continuous probability distributions. 2. To compute statistics of data. 3. To do a goodness of fit test by using chi-square test. 4. To build and analyze a histogram and a pareto diagram. 5. To compute a central line and control limits and to build control charts for either variable or attribute data, and to detect the out of control situations. 6. To compute indices and to design sampling plans. 7. To display the theories using in the part for computation. The software reduces computation time and provides accurate results. Moreover, input data can be easily saved, retrieved and printed on a printer.
