Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการพัฒนาเกณฑ์การประเมินโครงการสุขภาพด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อม ที่ถูกสุขลักษณะในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาของรัฐโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างเกณฑ์การประเมินฯ 2) ศึกษาคุณภาพของเกณฑ์การประเมินฯ 3) ทดลองใช้เกณฑ์การประเมินฯ โดยมีวิธีดำเนินการ วิจัยดังนี้คือ วิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ ศึกษาเกณฑ์จากเอกสาร รายงานการวิจัย พัฒนาโครงร่างในการสร้างเกณฑ์ฯ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องเหมาะสมของโครงสร้างและความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจานวน 16 ท่าน ทดลองใช้เกณฑ์การประเมินฯ ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาของรัฐเขตการศึกษาส่วนกลางจำนวน 37 โรงเรียน เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาความเที่ยงและความตรงเชิงจำแนกของ เกณฑ์การประเมิน ฯ. ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. เกณฑ์การประเมินการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ถูกสุขลักษณะในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาของรัฐ ครอบคลุม 9 ด้าน คือ (1) สถานที่ตั้งของโรงเรียน (2) อาคารเรียน โรงฝึกงาน โรงพลศึกษา ห้องประชุม ห้องสมุด ห้องพยาบาล ห้องพักครู (3) ห้องเรียน (4) โรงอาหารโรงครัว (5) น้ำดื่มน้ำใช้ (6) ห้องส้วม (7) ขยะและน้ำโสโครก (8) ความปลอดภัยและการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ (9) กิจกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อมที่มีผลต่อสุขภาพ ซึ่งแบ่งเป็น 32 องค์ประกอบย่อยและมีรายการประเมิน 78 รายการ 2. ผลการทดลองใช้เกณฑ์การประเมินพบว่า มีความตรงเชิงจำแนกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทีระดับ .05 และมีความเที่ยงระหว่างผู้ประเมินในด้านต่าง ๆ ระหว่าง 0.86 - 0.99

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The research was to develop criteria to evaluate school health programs regarding healthful school livings management in public secondary schools. The purposes of this study were as follows: (1) to construct the f criteria for evaluating healthful school livings; (2) to study the quality I of constructed criteria; (3) to test the suitability of the content. The study procedures used were: analyzing tasks, synthesizing the information and studying from related materials and research reports for the criteria development. The instruments were examinened its suitability and content validity by the 16 experts. The constructed criteria were then given to the personnel of 37 public secondary schools in central region to test the reliability and discriminat validity of the criteria. The results revealed as the followings: 1. The evaluation criteria for healthful school livings were composed of 9 factors: 1) school location, 2) school building, workshop, gymnasium, library, first-aid room, teacher's room, 3) classroom, 4) cafeteria, kitchen, 5) drinking water and were supply, 6) toilet, 7) waste and sewage, 8) safety and accident prevention, 9) activities for environmental health; 32 sub factors and 78 items. 2. The discriminant validity of the test was found to be statistically significant at .05 level and the interrater reliability was between 0.86 - 0.99 in each facter.
