Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารเชิงวัจนะและเชิงอวัจนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการดูแลด้านร่างกายและจิตใจกับผู้ป่วยออร์โธปิดิคส์ในโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกรมการแพทย์ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยวิธีการสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม ประชากรคือพยาบาลวิชาวชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยออร์โธปิดิคส์โรงพยาบาลเลิศสิน และโรงพยาบาลราชวิถี จำนวน 30 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามการรับรู้บทบาทวิชาชีพการพยาบาล มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.98 และแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการดูแลด้านร่างกายและจิตใจกับผู้ป่วยออร์โธปิดิคส์ มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.81 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยโดยการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีค่าเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารต่อการดูแลด้านร่างกายละจิตใจกับผู้ป่วยออร์โธปิดิคส์ทางบวกมากกว่าทางลบ พฤติกรรมการสื่อสารด้านร่างกายมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากกว่าด้านจิตใจ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2. ค่าเฉลี่ยของพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการดูแลด้านร่างกายและจิตใจกับผู้ป่วยออร์โธปิดิคส์โดยรวม จำแนกตามอายุไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ค่าเฉลี่ยของพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการดูแลด้านร่างกายและจิตใจกับผู้ป่วยออร์โธปิดิคส์ จำแนกตามสถานภาพสมรสโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่พฤติกรรมการสื่อสารเชิงวัจนะและเชิงอวัจนะทางบวก และด้านกาลภาษาต่อการดูแลด้านจิตใจแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่เป็นโสดมีค่าเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารกับผู้ป่วยมากกว่าพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่สมรสแล้ว 4. ค่าเฉลี่ยของพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารเชิงวัจนะและเชิงอวัจนะและด้านกาลภาษาของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการดูแลด้านร่างกายและจิตใจกับผู้ป่วยออร์โธปิดิคส์โดยรวม จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่พฤติกรรมการสื่อสารด้านเทศภาษาโดยรวมและด้านร่างกาย ระยะ 18 นิ้ว - 4 ฟุต แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ .05 ตามลำดับ ด้านกาลภาษาต่อการดูแลด้านจิตใจกับผู้ป่วยออร์โธปิดิคส์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานตั้งแต่ 6 ปีขึ้นไป มีพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารกับผู้ป่วยมากกว่าพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 1-5 ปี 5. ค่าเฉลี่ยของพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารเชิงวัจนะและเชิงอวัจนะและด้านกาลภาษาของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการดูแลด้านร่างกายและจิตใจกับผู้ป่วยออร์โธปิดิคส์โดยรวม จำแนกตามการอบรมเฉพาะทางการพยาบาลออโธปิดิคส์ไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่พฤติกรรมการสื่อสารด้านเทศภาษาระยะ 4-12 ฟุตโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่เคยได้รับการอบรมมีพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารในระยะห่างจากผู้ป่วยมากกว่าพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ไม่เคยได้รับการอบรม 6. ค่าเฉลี่ยของพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการดูแลด้านร่างกายและจิตใจกับผู้ป่วยออร์โธปิดิคส์ จำแนกตามการรับรู้บทบาทวิชาชีพการพยาบาลไม่แตกต่างกัน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to study professional nurses' verbal and non verbal communication behaviors and compared professional nurses' communication behaviors concerning physical and psychological care with orthopaedic patients in hospitals under the jurisdiction of the department of Medical Services, Ministry of Public Health, Bangkok Metropolitan. Non-participant observation was used. The population consisted of 30 professional nurses working in orthopaedic ward at Leard Sin and Rajavithi hospital. Research instruments were questionnaire enquiring the perception of professional nurses' roles, the reliability was 0.98 and an observational form on the nurses' communication behaviors concerning physical and psychological care with orthopaedic patients, the observational form reliability was 0.81 The data was analyzed by percent, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The results of the study revealed as follows 1. The mean score of professional nurses' positive communication behaviors concerning physical and psychological care with orthothopaedic patients was higher than negative way The mean score of communication concerning physical care was higher than psychological care and significant at the .01 level. 2. There was no significant difference between the mean score of professional nurses' communication behavior classified by age. 3. There was no significant difference between the mean score of professional nurses' overall communication behavior classified by marital status. But there was difference between the positive verbal, non verbal and time used in psychological care at the .05 level. Those who were single had higher mean scores than the married. 4. There were no significant difference between the mean scores of verbal, non-verbal and time of professional nurses' overall communication behaviors classified by work experience. But there were difference between the proxemic (overall), and physical distance at 18 inches to 4 feet at the .01 and .05 level and time used in psychological care at the 05 level. Those with more than 6 years experience had higher mean scores than those with 1-5 years experience. 5. There were no significant difference between the mean scores of verbal, non-verbal and time of professional nurses' overall communication behaviors classified by training. But there was difference between the mean score of proxemic (overall) at 4 to 12 feet at the .05 level. Those who had training had higher mean scores than those who had not. 6. There was no significant difference between the mean score of professional nurses' communication behavior classified by the perception of professional nurses' roles.
