Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา ของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 5 และ (2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษากับองค์ประกอบ 4 ด้าน คือด้านสถานภาพของครูผู้สอน ด้านสภาพเศรษฐกิจสังคมของครูในโรงเรียน ด้านการสนับสนุนของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และด้านคุณสมบัติของนวัตกรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเขตการศึกษา 5 ที่ ทำการสอนในภาคปลายปีการศึกษา 2538 จำนวน 371 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 5 มีการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ในการหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างองค์ประกอบกับการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาพบว่า มีตัวแปรที่สัมพันธ์กันในทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำนวน 19 ตัวแปรที่ มีค่าความสัมพันธ์มาก 9 อันดับคือ (1) คุณค่าของนวัตกรรม (2) ความสะดวกในการใช้นวัตกรรม (3) นวัตกรรมที่มีความกลมกลืนกับสภาพสังคมของครู (4) ประสบการณ์ทางวิชาการของครู (5) ผู้บริหารสนับสนุนการใช้นวัตกรรม (6) ความเป็นนวัตกรรมสำเร็จรูป (7) นโยบายสนับสนุนการฝึกอบรม (8) ความสนใจศึกษาหาความรู้ของครู และ (9) ราคาของนวัตกรรม 3. ในการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นชั้น (Stepwise Method) เพื่อคัดเลือกตัวแปรที่ดีที่สุด พบตัวแปรที่มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การทำนายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ (1) นวัตกรรมที่มีความกลมกลืนกับสภาพสังคมของครู (2) บรรยากาศทางวิชาการของครู (3) การสนับสนุนด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ (4) ประสบการณ์ด้านการฝึกอบรมของครู (5) ความรับผิดชอบของครู และ (6) การสนับสนุนแหล่งค้นคว้า โดยตัวแปรที่ได้รับการคดเลือก สามารถร่วมกัน อธิบายความแปรปรวนของการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาได้ร้อยละ 44.84

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were (1) to study the adoption of innovation in educational technology of elementary school teachers in educational region five and (2) to study relationships between the adoption of innovation in educational technology and four selected factors: teacher status, teacher social-economic conditions in school, administrator supports and innovation characteristics. The subjects were 371 elementary school teachers in educational region five. The findings revealed that: 1. Elementary school teachers in educational region five moderately adopted innovation in educational technology. 2. There were statistically significant positive relationships at .05 level between the adoption of innovation and 19 variables. The first nine variables were: (1) innovation value (2) innovation [accessibility] (3) compatible innovation in teacher’s society (4) teacher academic experiences (5) administrator support in using innovation (6) ready-made innovation (7) supportive policy in training (8) teacher interest in acquiring knowledge and (9) innovation cost. 3. In stepwise multiple regression analysis, the six predictor variables together were able to account for 44.84 of the variance in the adoption of innovation in educational technology: (1) compatible innovation in teacher’s society (2) teacher academic atmosphere (3) support in materials and equipments (4) teacher training experiences (5) teacher’s responsibility and (6) support in learning resources .
