Abstract

นำเสนอการวิเคราะห์การเปลี่ยนแปลงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างชุมชนกับป่า โดยการมุ่งประเด็นความสนใจในเรื่องความสัมพันธ์วิถีการดำรงชีวิตระหว่างชุมชนกับป่า ซึ่งความสัมพันธ์วิถีการดำรงชีวิตระหว่างชุมชนกับป่านั้นได้เกิดขึ้นและผูกพันกันมาเป็นเวลาช้านานแล้ว โดยในการศึกษาครั้งนี้จะพิจารณาทั้งสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นและดำรงอยู่ภายในชุมชนและสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นภายนอกชุมชน ว่าสิ่งเหล่านี้ได้ส่งผลกระทบต่อชุมชนอย่างไรบ้างในแง่ของความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างชุมชนกับป่า เพื่อวิเคราะห์ถึงศักยภาพของชุมชนในการจัดการทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของชุมชน รวมทั้งเพื่อใช้เป็นกรอบแนวคิดในการเสนอนโยบายการพัฒนาป่าชุมชนในอนาคต การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นกรณีศึกษาป่าชุมชน หมู่บ้านป่าก่อ ตำบลแสงภา อำเภอนาแห้ว จังหวัดเลย ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า ในการจัดการดูแลรักษาป่านั้น ควรต้องอยู่บนพื้นฐานของความเข้าใจถึงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างชุมชนกับป่าว่า "ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างชุมชนกับป่าแต่ละแห่งมีความแตกต่างกันตามลักษณะทางกายภาพ สังคม ความคิดและความเชื่อของแต่ละชุมชน" โดยที่ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างชุมชนกับป่านั้นเป็นความสัมพันธ์ที่ผ่านกระบวนการเรียนรู้และทดสอบ โดยมีปัจจัยต่างๆ ที่เข้ามากระทบเป็นตัวทดสอบ จนกระทั่งตกตะกอนเป็นวิถีการดำรงชีวิตของชุมชน แต่ทว่าวิถีการดำรงชีวิตของชุมชนนี้ก็จะมีการปรับปรุงเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่เสมอ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับความเป็นจริงที่เกิดขึ้นและเผชิญอยู่ ซึ่งเป็นหนทางที่ทำให้ชุมชนสามารถดำรงอยู่ได้ และการที่ชุมชนสามารถดำรงอยู่มาเป็นระยะเวลาที่ยาวนานเช่นนี้ก็น่าจะเป็นตัวสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพของชุมชนในด้านต่างๆ ได้ในระดับหนึ่ง

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The research tries to analyze the interrelationships between communities and forests, which have occurred for years. This study considers not only communities by themselves, but also their environments to evaluate how these factors influence these relationships, to analyze the communities' potentiality in managing their forest resources, and to use this concept as a framework for the development of community-forest in the future. This thesis is based on a case study at Pa-kao Village, Saeng-pa subdistrict, Nahaeo, Loei province. According to the study, a forest management should have its foundation from understanding the interrelationships between communities and forests. That is, each relationship is different due to its physical characteristic, society, and the community's thought and belief. These relationships have already had the learning and testing processes that have several testing factors and have filtered to be a way of life of the communities. However, this way of life will keep changing to face with the current and future situations. This change leads to the survival of community, which can reflect the potentiality of the community in one way
