Abstract

การค้นคว้าวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาแผนงาน แนวทางการจัดสวัสดิการที่อยู่อาศัยรวมไปถึงการศึกษาสภาพสังคม-เศรษฐกิจ และความพึงพอใจในการอยู่อาศัยของผู้พักอาศัยในอาคารสงเคราะห์ ซึ่งได้จัดไว้เพื่อเป็นสวัสดิการข้าราชการและลูกจ้างประจำ ผู้มีรายได้น้อยของกรุงเทพมหานคร จากการวิจัยพบว่า กรุงเทพมหานครมีแผนงานและแนวทางการจัดสวัสดิการอาคารสงเคราะห์ให้แก่ข้าราชการและลูกจ้าง จำนวน 3,878 ครอบครัว ปัจจุบันสามารถได้รับสวัสดิการดังกล่าวและเข้าพักไปแล้ว 860 ครอบครัว ในอาคารสงเคราะห์ต่อไปนี้ 1. อาคารสงเคราะห์ทุ่งครุ 2. อาคารสงเคราะห์บางขุนเทียน 3. อาคารสงเคราะห์ลาดกระบัง 4. อาคารสงเคราะห์หนองจอก (ครู) 5. อาคารสงเคราะห์หนองแขม และ 6. อาคารสงเคราะห์หนองจอก ลักษณะทางสังคม-เศรษฐกิจ ของผู้อยู่อาศัยในอาคารสงเคราะห์ทั้ง 6 โครงการ มีลักษณะดังนี้ ผู้พักอาศัยส่วนใหญ่มีอายุช่วง 36-40 ปี มีระดับการศึกษาชั้นประถมศึกษามากที่สุด มีรายได้ช่วงน้อยกว่า 6,001 บาท มากที่สุด ส่วนใหญ่เดินทางไปทำงานด้วยรถเมล์และเป็นผู้ที่เคยเช่าบ้าน และอาศัยผู้อื่นอยู่มาก่อน นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าเพื่อเป็นการปรับปรุงคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้อยู่อาศัยในอาคารสงเคราะห์ให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ควรมีการปรับปรุงระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย และการจัดบริการ ขนาด และที่ตั้งของโครงการอาคารสงเคราะห์ และแนวทางการส่งเสริมให้ผู้พักอาศัยมีที่อยู่อาศัยเป็นของตนเอง

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this thesis is to evaluation and study plan of operation to provide welfare housing for Bangkok metropolitan Administration low income staff, the socioeconomic parameters and dwellers’ residential satisfaction of those who live in B.M.A. welfare housing. The thesis has shown that B.M.A. is providing welfare housing for 3,878 families, but now they can take up abode in 860 samilies as follows 1. Tungkru hosing project 2. Bangkhuntien housing project 3. Lat Krabang housing project 4. Nong jork housing project (for Teachers) 5. Nong Kham housing project 6. Nong Jork housing project. For the socioeconomic parameters of the residents, we found that most of the residents were between 36-40 years age. The level of education was primary school. The occupancy of each unit was 3-4 persons per unit. Average income of resident was less than 6,001 bath per month and used to rent or take up one’s quarters with relative In term of dwellers’ residential satisfaction, the thesis has shown that internal security and service should be improved. Base on the thesis, we have recommendation about site and location of housing project and how to help the low income staff obtain their own house.
