Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทและสภาพการพัฒนาของชุมชนเมืองในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทราซึ่งมีความเชื่อมโยงกับโครงการพัฒนาพื้นที่ชายฝั่งทะเลตะวันออก ตลอดจนความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการพัฒนาเมืองและระบบชุมชน โดยพิจารณาจากตัวแปร ด้านกายภาพ ประชากร เศรษฐกิจ บริการทางสังคมและระบบโครงข่ายคมนาคม เทคนิคการศึกษาได้วิเคราะห์ปัจจัย (Factor) โดยการวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพของพื้นที่ชุมชนเมืองจำนวน 22 แห่ง ได้แก่ เทศบาล จำนวน 2 แห่ง และสุขาภิบาล จำนวน 20 แห่ง โดยการกำหนดค่าคะแนนของปัจจัย ต่างๆ จัดลำดับความสำคัญและกำหนดบทบาทความสำคัญของชุมชน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าชุมชนเทศบาลเมืองฉะเชิงเทราและเทศบาลตำบลบางคล้า มีความสำคัญเป็นอันดับที่ 1 และสุขาภิบาลพนมสารคาม มีความสำคัญเป็นอันดับที่ 2 พบว่าชุมชนทั้ง 3 แห่ง เป็นชุมชนที่มีบทบาทด้านการ และบริการ สุขาภิบาลบางวัว สุขาภิบาลบางปะกง สุขาภิบาลท่าข้ามและสุขาภิบาลแปลงยาว เป็นชุมชนที่มีบทบาทด้านอุตสาหกรรม ชุมชนบางน้ำเปรี้ยวมีบทบาทความสำคัญด้านเกษตรกรรม ชุมชนเหล่านี้มีบทบาทที่สัมพันธ์กันและมีการเกื้อกูลซึ่งกันและกันทางเศรษฐกิจ ตามระบบโครงข่ายคมนาคมที่เชื่อมโยงชุมชนซึ่งเป็นผลจากโครงการพัฒนาพื้นที่ชายฝั่งทะเลตะวันออก แนวทางการพัฒนาที่เสนอแนะได้กำหนดบทบาทของชุมชนเมืองศูนย์กลาง ซึ่งมีความสัมพันธ์ในลักษณะพึ่งพาซึ่งกันและกัน ทางกายภาพและเศรษฐกิจ ให้มีความสอดคล้องกับศักยภาพการพัฒนาของระบบชุมชนเมืองในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทราเพื่อรองรับโครงการพัฒนาพื้นที่ชายฝั่งทะเลตะวันออก

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this thesis is to identify the role and hierarchy of urban communities in Chachoengsao Province which related to the Eastern Seaboard Development Project as well as the relationship of urban development and their communities systems. The five sector variables are considered in the factor analysis : physical | population | economic, the transportation and social services features. Potential analysis of spatial were determinded which made a result in the hierarchies and the Important role in the communities. The result of the thesis shows that Muang Chachoengsao Municipality, Bang Khla Municipality are the first hierarchy ; Phanom Sarakham Sanitany District is the second hierarchy. Those three communities play the role in commerce and economic services. Bang Hua, Bang Pakong, Tha Kham Sanitary Districts and Plaeng Yao Sanitary District have a role in industry while Bang Nam Prieo Sajnitary District is the center for agriculture. Urban communities in the Chachoengsao Province related pnd shared in their economic by their transportation network system which connect all communities in the Eastern Seaboard Development Project area. The guideline of this development is to identify their role by synchronization and dependency in their physical and economic features which can respond to the govermnent’s Eastern Seaboard Development Project.
