Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของบัณฑิตทางพยาบาลศาสตร์ ใน พ.ศ. 2544 ถึง 2549 โดยมีการดำเนินการวิจัยตามเทคนิคเดลฟายดังนี้คือ ศึกษาจากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางการพยาบาลและการศึกษาพยาบาล จำนวน 5 ท่าน นำมากำหนดประเด็นในการสร้างแบบสอบถาม ความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เป็นผู้วางนโยบายการพยาบาล และผู้แทนองค์กรวิชาชีพ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางการศึกษาพยาบาลผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางการบริหารการพยาบาล ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล และผู้เชี่ยว ชาญทางด้านการศึกษา มนุษยศาสตร์ แพทยศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์เทคโนโลยีและการวิจัย จำนวน 23 ท่าน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นจำนวน 3 รอบ รอบที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด รอบที่ 2 และ รอบที่ 3 เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยคำนวณหาค่ามัธยฐาน ฐานนิยม และพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของบัณฑิตทางพยาบาลศาสตร์ ในพ.ศ. 2544 ถึง 2549 ที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกัน ประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะหลัก 12 สมรรถนะ คือ 1) สมรรถนะด้านบุคลิกภาพ 2) สมรรถนะด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล 3) สมรรถนะด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม 4) สมรรถนะด้านวิชาการ 5) สมรรถนะด้านการบริหาร 6) สมรรถนะด้านภาวะผู้นำ 7) สมรรถนะด้านทักษะเกี่ยวกับมนุษย์และมวลชน 8) สมรรถนะด้านการใช้ เทคโนโลยี 9) สมรรถนะด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม 10) สมรรถนะด้านการวิจัย 11) สมรรถนะด้านเศรษฐศาสตร์ สาธารณสุข และ 12) สมรรถนะด้านกฎหมายและการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง ซึ่งสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของบัณฑิตทางพยาบาลศาสตร์ ในพ.ศ. 2544 ถึง 2549 ทั้ง 12 สมรรถนะ ประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะย่อย 200 รายการ เป็นสมรรถนะของบัณฑิตทางพยาบาลศาสตร์ที่มีความจำเป็นในระดับ มากที่สุด 72 รายการ และเป็นสมรรถนะของบัณฑิตทางพยาบาลศาสตร์ที่มีความจำเป็นในระดับมาก 128 รายการ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this research was to study desirable competencies of baccalaureate nursing graduates in the year 2001 to 2006: using Delphi Technique. The study was done by study from documents, literature and previous researches, interview 5 experts of nursing and nursing Education, then extract the content from those mentioned above to construct the questionnaire. The experts used in this study were policy planners in nursing organization, professional organization representatives, experts in nursing education, nursing administration, nursing practice, experts in education, humanity, medicine, sciences, technology and research totally 23 experts. Collecting of data by questionnaire which constructed by the researcher. The Questionnaire was sent for 3 rounds. The first round was the open ended form, the second and the third were closed ended form in rating scale. The data were analyzed by median, mode and Major result obtained from the study were as follows : Desirable competencies of baccalaureate nursing graduates in the year 2001 to 2006 were 12 competencies which were 1) Personality Competencies 2) Nursing Practice Competencies 3) Ethical Competencies 4) Academic Competencies 5) Management Competencies 6) Leadership Competencies 7) Human and Public Competencies 8) Using Technology Competencies 9) Environmental Health Competencies 10) Research Competencies 11) Health Economic Competencies and 12) Law and Politic Participation Competencies. Desirable competencies of baccalaureate nursing graduates in the year 2001 to 2006 (all 12 competencies) were covering 200 items. Within 200 items, 72 items were the highest desirable competencies and 128 items were high level.
