Abstract

เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้และการปฏิบัติจริงตามบทบาทพยาบาล ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในห้องคลอด โรงพยาบาลชุมชนภาคตะวันออก กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในห้องคลอด จำนวน 35 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามการรับรู้บทบาทพยาบาลวิชาชีพในห้องคลอด และแบบสังเกตการปฏิบัติจริงตามบทบาทของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในห้องคลอด มีค่าความเที่ยง 95 และ 94 ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้ 1.การรับรู้บทบาทของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในห้องคลอด โรงพยาบาลชุมชนภาคตะวันออกโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีอายุ 20-30 ปี มีการรับรู้บทบาทในเรื่องการทำวิจัยมากว่าพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีอายุ 31 ปีขึ้นไป พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 6 ปีขึ้นไป มีการรับรู้บทบาทในเรื่องการรวบรวมศึกษาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล มากกว่าพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 1-5 ปี พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีสภาพสมรสต่างกัน มีการรับรู้บทบาทไม่แตกต่างกัน พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่เคยอบรมเฉพาะทางมีการรับรู้บทบาท ในเรื่องการรวบรวมศึกษาวิเคาระห์ข้อมูลการประเมินผลการพยาบาล และการสอนมากกว่าพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ไม่เคยอบรมเฉพาะทาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2.การปฏิบัติจริงตามบทบาทของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในห้องคลอด โรงพยาบาลชุมชนภาคตะวันออกโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีอายุ 20-30 ปี มีการปฏิบัติจริงตามบทบาทในเรื่องการวางแผนการพยาบาล การปฏิบัติการพยาบาลมากกว่าพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีอายุ 31 ปี ขึ้นไป พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานแตกต่างกัน มีการปฏิบัติจริงตามบทบาทไม่แตกต่างกัน พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีสถานภาพโสด มีการปฏิบัติจริงตามบทบาทในเรื่องการดูแลในฐานะเป็นบุคคลมากกว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีสถานภาพคู่ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่เคยอบรมเฉพาะทาง มีการปฏิบัติจริงตามบทบาทในเรื่องการวางแผนการพยาบาล มากกว่าการพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ไม่เคยอบรมเฉพาะทาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3.การรับรู้บทบาทของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในห้องคลอด ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนภาคตะวันออกโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก การปฏิบัติจริงตามบทบาทของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในห้องคลอด โรงพยาบาลภาคตะวันออกโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ทั้งนี้พิจารณาตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this study were to examine and compare the role perception and actual performance of professional nurses in delivery room of community hospitals in eastern region. The samples were 35 professional nurses in delivery room selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments were questionnaire and observation check list which has been tested for reliability which were 95 and 94 respectively. The major findings were as follows : 1. Role perception of professional nurses in delivery room of community hospitals in eastern region was at high level. Role perception in performing research of professional nurses in delivery room aged 20-30 years old was significantly higher than those who were older than 31 yeares old. Role perception in assessment of professional nurses in delivery room who had more than 6 years of experiences was significantly higher than those who had 1-5 years of experiences. There was no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of role perception of professional nurses in delivery room as classified by marital status. Role perception in assessment, evaluation and teaching of professional nurses in delivery room who had specialized training was significantly higher than those who had no specialized training at .05 level. 2. Actual performance of professional nurses in delivery room of community hospitals in eastern region was at middle level. Performance in planning and implementation of professional nurses in delivery room aged 20-30 yeard old were significantly higher than those who were older than 31 years old. There was no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the performance of professional nurses in delivery room as classified by experience. Performance in caring as individual of professional nurses in delivery room who were single were significantly higher than those who were married. Performance in planning of professional nurses in delivery room who had specialized training was significantly higher than those who had no specialized training at .05 level. 3. Role perception of professional nurses in delivery room of community hospitals in eastern region was at high level, actual performance of professional nurses in delivery room of community hospitals in eastern region was at middle level as considered by set criterias.
