Abstract

เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของนักศึกษาพยาบาลเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ศึกษาความรู้ในการดูแลตนเอง ศึกษาการสนับสนุนทางสังคม หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความรู้ในการดูแลตนเองและการสนับสนุนทางสังคม กับความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของนักศึกษาพยาบาล และคัดเลือกตัวแปรที่สามารถพยากรณ์ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาล 356 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 2 ส่วนคือ ส่วนที่ 1 เป็นแบบวัดความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ซึ่งแปลมาจากเครื่องมือของอีลิซาเบธ เกเดน และ ซูซาน เทเลอร์ ส่วนที่ 2 เป็นแบบสอบถามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความรู้ในการดูแลตนเองและการสนับสนุนทางสังคม ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. คะแนนเฉลี่ยของความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองทั้ง 4 ชั้นปีโดยรวมและของแต่ละชั้นปีอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. คะแนนเฉลี่ยของความรู้ในการดูแลตนเองทั้ง 4 ชั้นปีโดยรวมและของแต่ละชั้นปี ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. คะแนนเฉลี่ยของความรู้ในการดูแลตนเองทั้ง 4 ชั้นปีโดยรวมและของแต่ละชั้นปี ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปานกลางคือ ชั้นปีที่ 2, 3 และ 4 ส่วนชั้นปีที่ 1 อยู่ในระดับต่ำ 3. คะแนนเฉลี่ยของการสนับสนุนทางสังคมทั้ง 4 ชั้นปีโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และของแต่ละชั้นปีอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 4. ระดับชั้นปี การสนับสนุนทางสังคม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของนักศึกษาพยาบาลในระดับต่ำและระดับปานกลางตามลำดับ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนค่าใช้จ่ายนักศึกษา รายได้บิดามารดา ระดับการศึกษาบิดามารดาและความรู้ในการดูแลตนเอง ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการดูแลตนเอง 5. ตัวแปรที่ร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของนักศึกษาพยาบาลตามลำดับคือ การสนับสนุนทางสังคมและระดับชั้นปี โดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 20.28 (R2=.2028)

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

Studies the self-care agency of nursing students in Bangkok Metropolitan area, and investigates the relationships between personal factors, self-care knowledge, social support and self-care agency of nursing students, also searches for the variables that would be able to predict the self-care agency of nursing students. The subject consisted of 356 nursing students selected by stratified random sampling. Research instruments developed by the researcher were questionnaires which were tested for their validity and reliability. Major findings were as follows: 1. Mean scores of self-care agency of nursing students in total and in each class were at the high level. 2. Mean scores of self-care knowledge of nursing students in total and in each class were mostly at the medium level. 3. Mean scores of social support of nursing students in total were at the medium level and each class were at the medium level. 4. Class and social support of nursing students were positively and significantly related, at the low leveland the medium level, whereas, monthly expense of nursing students, income of student's parent, parents' education and self-care knowledge were no significantly related to self-care agency of nursing students. 5. Selected variables significantly predicted self-care agency of nursing students were social support and class. These predictors accounted for 20.28 percent (R2=20.28)
