Abstract

การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเพลงพื้นบ้านหมอลำมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาของเพลงพื้นบ้านหมอลำที่สะท้อนถึงความเชื่อ ค่านิยม ขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณี การดำเนินชีวิต และความรู้ด้านต่าง ๆ ของชาวอีสาน เพลงพื้นบ้านหมอลำที่นำมาวิเคราะห์มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 25 ชุด รวม 267 เพลง โดยรวบรวมจากเทปเพลงพื้นบ้านหมอลำที่วางจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย ในช่วงเดือนมกราคม - ธันวาคม 2538 ผลการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเพลงพื้นบ้านหมอลำ พบว่าเนื้อหาของเพลงพื้นบ้านหมอลำประกอบด้วยสาระต่าง ๆ รวม 1,198 เรื่อง ซึ่งสามารถจัดกลุ่มเป็นหมวดหมู่ต่าง ๆ โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ดังนี้ คือ การดำเนินชีวิต ค่านิยม ความเชื่อ ขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณี และความรู้ด้านต่าง ๆ ผลการวิเคราะห์เพลงหมอลำแต่ละเพลง พบว่า ในเรื่องการดำเนินชีวิตมีทั้งสิ้น 8 ประเภท การดำเนินชีวิตที่ปรากฏมากที่สุด ได้แก่ เรื่องความรัก ในเรื่องค่านิยมมีทั้งสิ้น 21 ประเภท ค่านิยมที่มีกล่าวถึงในบทเพลงหมอลำมากที่สุด ได้แก่ เรื่องความมั่นคงทางฐานะ ในเรื่องความเชื่อมีทั้งสิ้น 11 ประเภท ความเชื่อที่ปรากฏในเพลงมากที่สุดได้แก่ ความเชื่อในกฏแห่งกรรม ส่วนเรื่องขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีมีทั้งสิ้น 2 ประเภท ขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีที่ปรากฏในบทเพลงมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ประเพณีเกี่ยวกับชีวิต ส่วนความรู้ด้านต่าง ๆ มีทั้งสิ้น 8 ด้าน ความรู้ที่ถ่ายทอดในเพลงหมอลำมากที่สุด ได้แก่ เรื่องการเมืองการปกครอง

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this study was to analyse the content of Maw Lam folk music as the medium reflecting some beliefs, values, traditions, way of life and intelligence of the Northeastern culture. A total of 267 songs produced and sold during January-December 1995 were analysed. Findings : 1. There were 1,198 subjects reflected in the Maw Lam folk music. 2. The largest amount of content reflected was the description of way of life such as philosophy of love, love between man and woman. The second most frequently reflected subject was the social value, beliefs, social tradition and various aspects of knowledge. Among 11 belief systems expressed in the music, the most frequently expressed was karma doctrines. As for the 21 value systems expressed, the most frequently expressed was desire for high economic status and security. The most frequently expressed tradition was the rite of passages. The most frequently expressed philosophy of life was love. And the most frequently expressed knowledge was political socialization.
