Abstract

ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการเปลี่ยนแปลงความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเอดส์และทัศนคติที่มีต่อโรคเอดส์ ของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ก่อนและหลังการอ่านหนังสือการ์ตูนและจุลสาร ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรเพศ ระดับชั้นเรียน ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจของครอบครัว ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบิดามารดา ขนาดของครอบครัว และการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมของโรงเรียนของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษา กับการเพิ่มความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเอดส์และทัศนคติที่มีต่อโรคเอดส์ โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 240 คน ในรูปแบบการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi-Experimentation) ด้วยวิธี One-group Pertest-Posttest Design และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ การหาค่าร้อยละ การทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ย (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน (ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภายหลังจากการอ่านหนังสือทั้ง 2 ประเภท นักเรียนทั้ง 2 กลุ่มมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเอดส์เพิ่มขึ้นและมีทัศนคติต่อโรคเอดส์เหมาะสมมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้การวิจัยยังพบว่า ตัวแปรระดับชั้นเรียนเป็นตัวแปรเดียว ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้ที่เพิ่มขึ้น และทัศนคติที่เหมาะสมมากขึ้น นักเรียนกลุ่มที่อ่านหนังสือการ์ตูนและนักเรียนกลุ่มที่อ่านจุลสาร ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันในด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเอดส์ ที่เพิ่มขึ้นแต่มีความแตกต่างกันในด้านทัศนคติต่อโรคเอดส์ ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปภายหลังการอ่านหนังสือการ์ตูนและจุลสาร สำหรับความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อสื่อหนังสือการ์ตูนและจุลสาร พบว่านักเรียนส่วนใหญ่พอใจกับสื่อการ์ตูนและจุลสารที่ตนได้รับ โดยให้เหตุผลว่าเป็นสื่อที่มีทั้งสาระและบันเทิง อย่างไรก็ตามนักเรียนต้องการให้มีการเพิ่มเติมประเด็นที่น่าสนใจ เกี่ยวกับโรคเอดส์ขึ้นอีกในหนังสือการ์ตูนและจุลสาร หากมีการเผยแพร่ในครั้งต่อไป นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่สนใจที่จะรับสื่อทั้ง 2 ประเภทนี้อีก รวมทั้งจะนำความรู้ที่ได้ไปเผยแพร่กับบุคคลใกล้ชิดต่อไป

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

Compared the differences of knowledge and attitude towards AIDS among students at vocational schools in Bangkok before and after reading the comic book and the booklet. Study the relationship of sex, educational level, educational effectiveness, family's income, parent's relationship, family size, participation in school activities and knowledge and attitude toward AIDS. A quasi-experimental research with a one-group pretest-posttest design, was implemented with 240 samples. Means of percentage, t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to analyze the data. It was found that after reading the comic book and the booklet, the students'knowledge has increased and their attitude has changed significantly. Educational level was significantly related to the increasing in knowledge and changing in attitude toward AIDS of students. Furthermore, there was no significantly difference on students' knowledge toward AIDS ; However, there was significantly difference in students'attitude toward AIDS, after exposing to the comic book and the booklet. The students were satisfied with the comic book and the booklet as both were informative and entertaining. However, they expected to learn more about AIDS topics. Besides, they wanted to receive the comic book and the booklet again. The students were willing to share their knowledge to other persons closed to them.
