Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสาร ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการมีส่วนร่วมในการใช้เครือข่ายสารสนเทศห้องสมุดจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย (จุฬาลิเน็ต) ตลอดจนความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสาร ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการมีส่วนร่วมในการใช้เครือข่ายสารสนเทศห้องสมุดจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย (จุฬาลิเน็ต) ของนิสิต และบุคลากรภายในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย การวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่งออกเป็น อาจารย์ นิสิต และนักวิชาการ รวมทั้งสิ้น 415 คน โดยทำการเก็บข้อมูลในภาคเรียนต้น ปีการศึกษา 2539 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับเครืองข่ายจุฬาลิเน็ตไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้ในเรื่องเครือข่ายจุฬาลิเน็ตของอาจารย์ นิสิต และนักวิชาการภายในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย 2. พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับเครือข่ายจุฬาลิเน็ตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับทัศนคติที่มีต่อเครือข่ายจุฬาลิเน็ตของอาจารย์ และนักวิชาการภายในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย แต่ไม่พบความสัมพันธ์ในส่วนของนิสิต 3. พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับเครือข่ายจุฬาลิเน็ตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการใช้เครือข่ายจุฬาลิเน็ตของอาจารย์ นิสิต และนักวิชาการภายในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย. 4. ความรู้ในเรื่องเครือข่ายจุฬาลิเน็ตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับทัศนคติที่มีต่อเครือข่ายจุฬาลิเน็ตของอาจารย์ นิสิต และนักวิชาการภายในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย 5. ความรู้เรื่องเครือข่ายจุฬาลิเน็ตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการใช้เครือข่ายจุฬาลิเน็ตของอาจารย์ นิสิต และนักวิชาการภายในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย 6. ทัศนคติที่มีต่อเครือข่ายจุฬาลิเน็ตที่ความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการใช้เครือข่ายจุฬาลิเน็ตของนิสิต และนักวิชาการภายในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย แต่ไม่พบความสัมพันธ์ในส่วนของอาจารย์ 7. พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสาร และความรู้ในเรื่องเครือข่ายจุฬาลิเน็ตสามารถอธิบายการมีส่วนร่วมในการใช้เครือข่ายจุฬาลิเน็ตของอาจารย์ และนิสิตได้ แต่พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสารเป็นตัวแปรเดียวที่สามารถอธิบายการมีส่วนร่วมในการใช้เครือข่ายจุฬาลิเน็ตของนักวิชาการ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This study was to examine media exposure, knowledge, attitude and participation in the application of Chulalinet. In addition, the relationship of media exposure, knowledge, attitude and participation in using Chulalinet among Chulalongkorn University students and officials are investigated. Results are as follows : 1. No correlation was found between media exposure and knowledge in using Chulalinet among Chulalongkorn University faculty members, students and employees. 2. Significant positive correlation was found between media exposure and attitude toward using Chulalinet among Chulalongkorn University faculty members and employees but not found in student group. 3. Significant positive correlation was found between media exposure and participation in using Chulalinet among Chulalongkorn university faculty members, students and employees. 4. Significant positive correlation was found between knowledge and attitude in using Chulalinet among Chulalongkorn University faculty members, students and employees. 5. Significant positive correlation was found between knowledge and participation in using Chulalinet among Chulalongkorn University faculty members, students and employees. 6. Significant positive correlation was found between attitude and participation in using Chulalinet among students and employees but not found in faculty member group. 7. Media exposure and knowledge in using Chulalinet mutually explain the participation in the Chulalinet program of Chulalongkorn University faculty members and students but media exposure was the only one variable that explained the participation in the Chulalinet program among Chulalongkorn University employees.
