Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างโมเดลของตัวแปรที่เป็นสาเหตุของความมุ่งนั่นในการทำวิจัย สำหรับครูระดับประถมศึกษา ตามแนวทฤษฎีการกระทำด้วยเหตุผลของ Fishbein and Ajzen ทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมตามแผนของ Ajzen และทฤษฎีรูปแบบพฤติกรรมระหว่างบุคคลของ Triandis ตัวแปรสาเหตุที่ศึกษาคือ เจตคติ การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง การรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรม ปัจจัยทางสังคม ความรู้สึกต่อการกระทำและคุณค่าของผลการกระทำที่รับรู้ กลุ่มประชากร คือ ครูระดับประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการ ประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติทั่วประเทศที่มีวุฒิปริญญาโทหรือที่ผ่านการฝึกอบรมการทำวิจัยหรือผลงานทางวิชาการ และส่งงานวิจัยหรือผลงานทางวิชาการมายังสำนักงานคณะกรรมการข้าราชการครูทั้งที่ผ่านการอนุมัติและไม่ผ่านการอนุมัติ ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2531-2539 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครูระดับประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามข้อกำหนดในกลุ่มประชากร เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลตามทฤษฎีกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์โดยใช้โปรแกรมลิสเรล (LISREL 8.10) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่าโมเดลในแต่ละทฤษฎีมีความสอดคลองกับขอมลเชิงประจักษ์ได้ดี (เมื่อตรวจสอบจากค่าสถิติ ไค-สแควร์ ค่า GFI ค่า AGFI เส้นกราฟคิวพล็อต และค่าเศษเหลือในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน) โมเดลที่ดีที่สุดได้แก่โมเดลที่รวมตัวแปรจากทั้ง 3 ทฤษฎีเข้าด้วยกัน โมเดลสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของตัวแปรความมุ่งนั่นในการทำวิจัย ได้ร้อยละ 74.8 ตัวแปรที่มีค่าอิทธิพลรวมส่งผลต่อความมุ่งนั่นในการทำวิจัยสูงสุดได้แก่ ตัวแปรปัจจัยทางสังคม รองลงมาได้แก่ ตัวแปรการคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง ตัวแปรความรู้สึกต่อการทำวิจัย ตัวแปรการรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรม และตัวแปรเจตคติ ตามลำดับ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to develop a causal model of elementary teacher research intention, based on the reasoned action theory of Fishbein & Ajzen ,the planned behavior theory of Ajzen and an interpersonal behavior model of Triandis. The causal variables consisted of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, norms, affects and value of consequences. The population consisted of teachers in elementary schools under the office of the National Primary Education Commission (ONPEC) who graduated with master s degree or who were applying to become “A- jam 3" (Instructor III) either received the promotion or did tot get the promotion, taken from the whole country during the years 1988 to 1996. The sample were teachers in elementary schools who have property follow requirements in the copulation. The study instrument used was the guestionnaire. The data were analyzed using LISREL 8.10 to test the consistent of developed model and empirical data. The result indicated the every developed model were consistent with empirical data. The best model was model that Included variables from three theories, this model could explain the variables of research intention about 74.8 percent, the variable that have total effect to most impact in research intention was norm next subjective norm below were affects, perceived behavioral control, and attitude respectively.
