Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบ ความเห็นเกี่ยวกับหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ ของผู้สื่อข่าวสายการเมืองสื่อหนังสือพิมพ์ สื่อวิทยุกระจายเสียง และสื่อโทรทัศน์โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) ศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้สื่อข่าวสายการเมืองทำเนียบรัฐบาลจำนวน 155 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ในการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย การทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และทดสอบระหว่างคู่ด้วย Scheffe ประมวลผลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for Windows ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความเห็นของผู้สื่อข่าวของสื่อหนังสือพิมพ์ สื่อวิทยุกระจายเสียง และ สื่อ โทรทัศน์ ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่และความรู้รับผิดชอบส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นใกล้เคียงกัน จะมีแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ในบางกรณีดังนี้ 1. ความเห็นเกี่ยวกับปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของผู้สื่อข่าวสายการเมืองในเรื่อง บรรณาธิการข่าว หัวหน้าข่าว มีส่วนในการตัดสินใจเลือกประเด็นข่าวที่นำเสนอ ซึ่งผู้สื่อข่าวของสื่อแต่ละประเภทมีความเห็นแตกต่างกัน 2. ความเห็นในเรื่องการสนับสนุนอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือ ในการปฏิบัติงานข่าวภาคสนามของผู้สื่อข่าวจากองค์กรสื่อ ผู้สื่อข่าวแต่ละประเภทสื่อมีความเห็นที่แตกต่างกัน 3. ความเห็นในเรื่องการนำเสนอข่าวที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความมั่นคงของชาติ ผู้สื่อข่าวแต่ละประเภทสื่อมีความเห็นแตกต่างกัน 4. ความเห็นในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวกับรูปแบบต่างๆ การนำเสนอข่าวตามความเป็นจริงที่เกิดขึ้น ผู้สื่อข่าวแต่ ละประเภทสื่อมีความเห็นที่แตกต่างกัน 5. ความเห็นในเรื่องการใช้ "ภาษา" และการนำเสนอ "เนื้อหา" ของสื่อแต่ละประเภท ผู้สื่อข่าวแต่ ละประเภทสื่อมีความเห็นแตกต่างกัน ในด้านความพอใจในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ผู้สื่อข่าวแต่ละประเภทสื่อส่วนใหญ่พอใจที่จะปฏิบัติหน้าที่ใน สื่อที่ตนเองสังกัดอยู่เดิมมากกว่าความต้องการเปลี่ยนไปสังกัดในสื่ออื่น

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

Thesis research is aimed at a comparative study of views on functions and responsibility of newspapers radio and television political reporters using the method of a survey. The subjects are 155 political reporters at government house. The materials used for collecting data are questionnaires. As for data analysis, the researcher used frequency distribution, percentage, means, standard deviation, analysis of variance and correlation coefficient by Scheffe. The data is compiled by using SPSS for Windows. According to the research, views of the majority of newspapers, radio and television reporters on functions and responsibility are relatively similar. There is significant difference at p ≤ 0.05 in the following cases: 1. Views on functions of political reporters concerning the fact that news editor, copy editor have roles in deciding the news issues to be presented. Each type of reporters has different views. 2. Views on the support of equipment for the operation of reporters field work from Media Organization Each type of reporters has different views. 3. Views on the presentation of news relation to national security. Each type of reporters has different views. 4. Views on different type of news presentation according to the facts. Each type of reporters has different views. 5. Views on the use of "language" and the presentation of "content" of each type of media. Each type of reporters has different views. Regarding work satisfaction, the majority of reporters are pleased with their job in the media they are working in now rather than wanting to change to work in other media.
