Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสถานภาพของมหาบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการศึกษา คณิตศาสตร์ในด้านสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติและความก้าวหน้าในการปฏิบัติงาน 2) ติดตามผลการนำความรู้และประสบการณ์ทางวิชาการและวิชาชีพที่ได้รับจากการศึกษาไปประยุกตใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานของมหาบัณฑิต 5 ด้าน คือ การทำงานบริหารและบริการ การนิเทศการเรียน การสอน การจัดการเรียนการสอน การจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร และการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพและการสร้างมนุษยสัมพันธ์ 3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บังคับบัญชาของมหาบัณฑิต เกี่ยวกับผลการปฏิบัติงานของมหาบัณฑิตในด้านต่างๆ ดังกล่าวข้างต้นทั้ง 5 ด้าน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ มหาบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการศึกษาคณิตศาสตร์ บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย จุฬากงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2517 - 2537 จำนวน 142 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชาของมหาบัณฑิต จำนวน 142 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น 2 ชุด ซึ่งได้ส่งไปให้ประชากร ได้รับคืนแบบสอบถามจากมหาบัณฑิตจำนวน 118 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชาของมหาบัณฑิตจำนวน 103 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) มหาบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการศึกษาคณิตศาสตร์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเทศหญิง เป็นครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ความก้าวหน้าในการปฏิบัติงานของมหาบัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่ เข้ารับการอบรมทางวิชาการและดูงานภายในประเทศ ผลงานทางวิชาการส่วนใหญ่ผลิตเอกสารประกอบการสอน 2) มหาบัณฑิตนำความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับจากการศึกษาจากหลักสูตรไปประยุกตใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานทุกด้านในระดีบมาก 3) ผู้บังคับบัญชาของมหาบัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นว่ามหาบัณฑิตมีผลการปฏิบัติงานทุกด้านในระดับดี

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were : 1) To study status of master's degree graduates In mathematics education concerning their present status, work performance and work promotion. 2) To follow up their application of academic and professional knowledge and experiences gained from the graduates program of study in their job in the five aspects of administrative and service work, instructional supervision, instruction, extracurricula activities management, and personality and human relations development. 3) To study opinions of the graduates' superiors concerning the above mentioned five aspects. The population of the research consisted of 142 master's degree graduates in mathematics education from academic year 1974-1994, Graduate School of Chulalongkorn University and 142 of their superiors. The instruments of this research were two questionnaires constructed by researcher which were sent to the population. The returned questionnaires from graduat.es were 118 and their superiors were 103. The obtained data were analysed by means of percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The results were as follow : 1) Most of master's degree graduates in mathematics education were female, instructors at secondary schools. Their work promotions were made through participating in-service training in the country, and producing academic instructional supplementary. 2) The graduates applied the academic and professional knowledge and experiences gained from the graduates program of study to work performance at high level in all aspects. 3) Most of the graduates' superiors opined that the graduates performed their duties well in all aspects.
