Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเปิดรับข่าวสารการรับรู้คุณลักษณะของนวกรรม และแนวโน้มการใช้บริการรถโดยสารประจำ ทางด่วนพิเศษ ของผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร รวมถึงเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้คุณลักษณะของนวกรรม และ แนวโน้มการใช้บริการรถโดยสารประจำทางด่วนพิเศษของผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่มีลักษณะทางประชากรแตกต่างกัน ตลอดจนศึกษาถึงตัวแปรที่อธิบายแนวโน้มการใช้บริการรถโดยสาร ประจำทางด่วนพิเศษ ของผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 400 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ | ค่าเฉลี่ย | การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ( Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient ) | การทดสอบความแตกต่าง ( t – test ) | การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน แบบทางเดียว ( One – way ANOVA ) และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ( Multiple regression analysis ) ซึ่งประมวลผลโดยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับรถโดยสารประจำทางด่วนพิเศษ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการรับรู้ คุณลักษณะของรถโดยสารประจำทางด่วนพิเศษของผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 2. การเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับรถโดยสารประจำทางด่วนพิเศษ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับแนวโน้ม การใช้บริการรถโดยสารประจำทางด่วนพิเศษของผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 3. การรับรู้คุณลักษณะของรถโดยสารประจำทางด่วนพิเศษ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับแนวโน้ม การใช้บริการรถโดยสารประจำทางด่วนพิเศษของผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 4. ผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครที่มีลักษณะทางประชากรแตกต่างกัน มีการรับรู้คุณลักษณะ ของรถโดยสารประจำทางด่วนพิเศษแตกต่างกัน 5. ผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครที่มีลักษณะทางประชากรแตกต่างกัน มีแนวโน้มการใช้ บริการรถโดยสารประจำทางด่วนพิเศษแตกต่างกัน 6. ตัวแปรที่อธิบายแนวโน้มการใช้บริการรถโดยสารประจำทางด่วนพิเศษ ของผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ คือ คุณลักษณะของรถโดยสารประจำทาง ด่วนพิเศษ ด้านการสามารถสังเกตเห็นผลได้, ด้านความสลับซับซ้อน, ด้านประโยชน์เชิงเปรียบเทียบ และ ด้านการสามารถนำไปทดลองใช้ ตามลำดับ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to study the correlations between information exposure, perceived attributes of innovation and tendency of using Bangkok Metropolitan Administration bus rapid transit among people in Bangkok, and to compare perceived attributes of innovation and tendency of using Bangkok Metropolitan Administration bus rapid transit among people in Bangkok who had the difference in demographic characteristics. This research was also to study the variables that explain the tendency of using Bangkok Metropolitan Administration bus rapid transit among people in Bangkok with statistical significant. Questionnaires were used to collect the data from a total of 400 samples. Percentage, Mean, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, t – test | One – way ANOVA and Multiple regression analysis were employed for the analysis of the data. SPSS program was also used for data processing. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Information exposure about Bangkok Metropolitan Administration bus rapid transit is positively correlated with perceived attributes of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration bus rapid transit among people in Bangkok. 2. Information exposure about Bangkok Metropolitan Administration bus rapid transit is positively correlated with tendency of using Bangkok Metropolitan Administration bus rapid transit among people in Bangkok. 3. Perceived attributes of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration bus rapid transit is positively correlated with tendency of using Bangkok Metropolitan Administration bus rapid transit among people in Bangkok. 4. People in Bangkok who had the difference in demographic characteristics, also had the difference in perceived attributes of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration bus rapid transit. 5. People in Bangkok who had the difference in demographic characteristics, also had the difference in tendency of using Bangkok Metropolitan Administration bus rapid transit. 6. The variables that explain the tendency of using Bangkok Metropolitan Administration bus rapid transit among people in Bangkok with statistical significant were the attributes of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration bus rapid transit in Observability, Complexity, Relative advantage and Trialability respectively.
