Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการสื่อสารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของเยาวชนในการพัฒนารายการโทรทัศน์ TK Teen และประสิทธิภาพของการสื่อสารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของเยาวชนของรายการโทรทัศน์ TK Teen โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธิวิจัยวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการศึกษาเอกสาร จากผังรายการ สคริปต์รายการ เทปรายการ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหารายการ การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 6 คน การสังเกตการณ์อย่างมีส่วนร่วมในลักษณะการเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงาน และการจัดกลุ่มสนทนา กับเยาวชนผู้เข้าร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกระบวนการผลิตรายการโทรทัศน์ TK Teen จำนวน 8 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การสื่อสารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของเยาวชนในการพัฒนารายการโทรทัศน์ TK Teen พบว่า 1) เยาวชนมีส่วนร่วมในฐานะผู้รับสาร ได้แก่ การรับชมรายการด้วยตนเองรวมถึงแนะนำให้คนรู้จักร่วมชมรายการ และการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่ทางรายการจัดขึ้น 2) เยาวชนมีส่วนร่วมในฐานะผู้ส่งสาร ในขั้นตอนการผลิตรายการโทรทัศน์ ดังนี้ ขั้นก่อนการผลิต ได้แก่ เยาวชนได้เลือกประเด็นหัวข้อ หาข้อมูล เขียนบท และคัดเลือกตัวแสดง ขั้นการผลิต ได้แก่ การจัดเตรียมสถานที่ เครื่องแต่งกาย อุปกรณ์ประกอบการถ่ายทำ เป็นผู้แสดง พิธีกรหลักและพิธีกรภาคสนาม ส่วนขั้นตอนหลังการผลิตนั้น เยาวชนยังไม่มีส่วนร่วมในขั้นตอนนี้ 3) การมีส่วนร่วมในระดับบริหารงาน ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นระดับสูงสุดของการมีส่วนร่วมนั้น เยาวชนยังไม่มีส่วนร่วมในระดับนี้ 2. ประสิทธิภาพของการสื่อสารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของเยาวชนเพื่อการพัฒนารายการโทรทัศน์ TK Teen พบว่าการใช้การสื่อสารแบบมีส่วนร่วม เป็นการพัฒนาศักยภาพของเยาวชน นำไปสู่การคิดวิเคราะห์และตัดสินใจในการทำงาน ก่อให้เกิดการไหลเวียนแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลข่าวสารระหว่างเยาวชนและผู้ผลิตรายการ และเกิดการสร้างสรรค์รายการโทรทัศน์ที่มีเนื้อหาสาระที่เหมาะสมกับเยาวชน อุปสรรคและปัญหาของการมีส่วนร่วมของเยาวชนในการพัฒนารายการโทรทัศน์ TK Teen ได้แก่ เวลาในการทำงาน เนื่องจากเยาวชนกำลังศึกษาอยู่ และงบประมาณที่จำกัด ซึ่งส่งผลให้การมีส่วนร่วมของเยาวชนไม่ต่อเนื่อง

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This qualitative research aims to study methods of participatory communication of youth for development of "TK Teen" TV program and efficiency of such methods. Data collections are from related documents, program's outlines, program's scripts, program's tapes, content analyses, in-depth interviews with 6 key informants, participant observation, and a focus group interview with 8 "TK Teen" youth production participants. The following results are found. 1. Regarding participatory communication of the youth for development of "TK Teen" TV program, it is found that 1) The youth participate in the TK Teen program as receivers by watching the program, introducing others to watch the program, and attending activities 2) The youth participate in the TK Teen program as senders of the production in 3 stages. At the pre-production stage, they choose program's topics, collect data, write scripts, and cast performers. At the production stage, they prepare settings, costumes, and properties. They are also performers, main hosts, and field hosts. However, they do not take part in the post-production. 3) The youth also do not take part in the administration part which is considered the highest level of participation. 2. Regarding the efficiency of participatory communication of the youth for development of "TK Teen" TV program, it is found that in the youth has a high potential to improve their learning and understanding the TV program production. They can apply the knowledge and experiences in working to their daily lives, as well as developing the TK Teen program. However, there are some obstacles in participatory communication of the youth for development of "TK Teen" TV program. The limited time and budget results in inconsistent participation.
