Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการแสวงหาข่าวสาร ความตระหนักและการมีส่วนร่วม ในการลดปัญหาภาวะโลกร้อนจำแนกตามลักษณะทางประชากร การเปรียบเทียบการแสวงหาข่าวสารกับ ความตระหนักและการมีส่วนร่วมในการลดปัญหาภาวะโลกร้อน รวมทั้งศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ความตระหนักกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการลดปัญหาภาวะโลกร้อน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมีจำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้การแจกแจง ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) การทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยโดยใช้ F-test และการวิเคราะห์ความ แปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) ประมวลผลโดยคอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for Windows ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. กลุ่มตัวอย่างแสวงหาข่าวสารจากสื่อมวลชน สื่อบุคคลและสื่อเฉพาะกิจในระดับปานกลาง มีความตระหนักต่อปัญหาภาวะโลกร้อนในระดับสูง และมีส่วนร่วมในการลดปัญหาภาวะโลกร้อนใน ระดับปานกลาง 2. ลักษณะทางประชากรของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีอาชีพและระดับการศึกษาแตกต่างกันมีการแสวงหา ข่าวสารต่างกัน ส่วนเพศ อายุและรายได้ที่แตกต่างกันมีการแสวงหาข่าวสารไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ลักษณะทางประชากรของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีระดับการศึกษาแตกต่างกันมีความตระหนักต่อปัญหา ภาวะโลกร้อนต่างกัน ส่วนเพศ อายุ อาชีพและรายได้ที่แตกต่างกันมีความตระหนักต่อปัญหาภาวะโลกร้อน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. ลักษณะทางประชากรของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีอายุ อาชีพและรายได้แตกต่างกันมีส่วนร่วมในการ ลดปัญหาภาวะโลกร้อนต่างกัน ส่วนเพศและระดับการศึกษาที่แตกต่างกันมีส่วนร่วมในการลดปัญหาภาวะ โลกร้อนไม่แตกต่างกัน 5. การแสวงหาข่าวสารไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความตระหนักต่อปัญหาภาวะโลกร้อน แต่มีความ สัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการลดปัญหาภาวะโลกร้อน 6.ความตระหนักต่อปัญหาภาวะโลกร้อนมีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการลด ปัญหาภาวะโลกร้อน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research aims to examine the information seeking, awareness and participation in lessening global warming problems of people in Bangkok. The subjects are categorized by gender, age, occupation, level of education and level of income. This research covers 400 samples, and it studies the relations between people's awareness and participation in lessening the problems. Percentage, mean, Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and multiple regression were used to analyze the data through SPSS for Windows. 1. Results from this study reveal that the samples' information seeking is average, their awareness is high and their participation in lessening the global warming problem is average. 2. Samples with different levels of education and occupations are seeking information dissimilarly. The subjects' genders, ages and levels of income do not influence their behaviors in seeking for information. 3. Samples with different education levels have different levels of awareness of global warming. The gender, age, occupation and level of income factors do not influence their awareness. 4. The subjects with different age, occupation and level of income factors have different levels of participation in lessening global warming. However, their levels of participation are not affected by other factors, including gender and education level. 5. The samples' information seeking is not correlated with their global warming awareness. However, their interest in information seeking influences their participation in lessening global warming. The subjects' global warming awareness is linked with their participation in lessening the problem.
