Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาว่า วาทกรรมเกี่ยวกับเรื่องเพศของวัยรุ่นที่ประกอบสร้างโดยหนังสือพิมพ์มีประเด็นและมีชุดความหมายอะไรบ้าง หนังสือพิมพ์มีวิธีการประกอบสร้างวาทกรรมเกี่ยวกับเรื่องเพศของวัยรุ่นอย่างไร และมีปัจจัยใดบ้างที่เป็นองค์ประกอบของวิธีการดังกล่าว และวัยรุ่นมีการตีความวาทกรรมที่หนังสือพิมพ์สร้างขึ้นอย่างไร โดยการสัมภาษณ์นักหนังสือพิมพ์ในฐานะผู้ผลิตวาทกรรม จำนวน 3 ท่าน และสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นวัยรุ่นในฐานะผู้รับสารและผู้ถูกสร้าง จำนวน 20 คน รวมทั้งศึกษาเนื้อหาข่าวที่มประเด็นเรื่องเพศกับวัยรุ่นที่ปรากฏบนหน้าหนึ่งของหนังสือพิมพ์รายวัน 5 ฉบับ คือ มติชน, ไทยรัฐ, เดลินิวส์, คมชัดลึก และผู้จัดการรายวัน ในช่วงเดือนเมษายน 2547 จนถึงเดือนเมษายน 2548 วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาโดยใช้หลักการวิเคราะห์วาทกรรม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การผลิตวาทกรรมข่าวเกี่ยวกับเรื่องเพศของวัยรุ่นในหนังสือพิมพ์ มีการผลิตซ้ำชุดความหมายหลักๆ ที่สอดคล้องกับความเชื่อและบรรทัดฐานเรื่องเพศของสังคม โดยอาศัยปัจจัยในเรื่องคุณค่าข่าว นโยบาย และจรรยาบรรณ เป็นตัวกำหนดในการประกอบสร้างวาทกรรม ในขณะที่การตีความของวัยรุ่นจะมีทั้งการตีความที่ยอมรับสนับสนุนวาทกรรมหลักในหนังสือพิมพ์ และการตีความที่ท้าทายวาทกรรมหลักด้วยการปฏิเสธวาทกรรมเหล่านั้น

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The main objectives of this thesis are to study the issues and meanings of the teenage sexuality discourses constructed by thai newspapers, the construction methods and the factors related to the methods of the newspapers, and the ways the teenagers interpret these discourses by interviewing three news editors of the selected newspapers and 20 teenagers as the sample of the objects who were constructed by newspaper discourses. This thesis applies discourse analysis to study the contents of news reported on the front pages of 5 Thai language newspapers, including. Matichon, Thairath, Daily News, Kom Chad Luek, and Daily Manager published during April, 2005 to April, 2006. The result shows that the teenage sexuality discourses in newspapers reproduce the dominant discourses of sexuality which are in line with the social believes and norms about sexuality by using the news value, the newspaper policy and the ethics to construct discourse. Meanwhile, the teenagers interpret the discourse into two ways; accepting those discourses in the newspaper, by interpreting in the supportive way and challenging those discourses by refusing the meaning in the discourse.
