Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันเรื่องเพศแก่วัยรุ่นผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ SEX MUST SAY และ TEENPATH โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) รูปแบบเรื่องเพศ ที่ปรากฎใน เว็บไซต์และในกิจกรรมนอกเว็บไซต์ และศึกษากระบวนการสร้างเว็บไซต์ของผู้ดูแลเว็บไซต์ ผู้ดูแลเนื้อหา ทั้ง 2 เว็บ มุมมองและแนวทางของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนโยบายสาธารณะที่จะทำให้อินเทอร์เน็ตเป็นกลไก สร้างความรู้และภูมิคุ้มกันเรื่องเพศแก่วัยรุ่น โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-Depth Interview) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เนื้อหาและรูปแบบเรื่องเพศที่ได้รับการปลูกฝังมากที่สุดในเว็บไซต์ SEX MUST SAY คือ เนื้อหาความรู้เรื่องเพศศึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยา ประเด็นความรู้เกี่ยวกับความรัก ความชอบใน วัยรุ่น โดยรูปแบบที่ได้รับความนิยมใช้ในการปลูกฝังภูมิคุ้มกันเรื่องเพศมากที่สุด คือรูปแบบการถามตอบ ในส่วนของเว็บไซต์ TEENPATH เนื้อหาที่ได้รับการปลูกฝังมากที่สุด คือ เนื้อหาความรู้เรื่องเพศศึกษาเชิง ชีววิทยา ประเด็นความรู้เกี่ยวกับอวัยวะต่าง ๆในร่างกาย โดยรูปแบบที่ได้รับความนิยมใช้ในการปลูกฝัง ภูมิคุ้มกันเรื่องเพศมากที่สุด คือ กระทู้ในกระดานสนทนา การสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันเรื่องเพศแก่วัยรุ่นผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ SEX MUST SAY และ TEENPATH เป็น กระบวนการจัดทำเว็บไซต์ คัดเลือกและพัฒนาเนื้อหา และควบคลุมเนื้อหาที่ไม่เหมาะสม โดยองค์กร PATH และกลุ่ม eotoday ร่วมกับสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) เพื่อให้ความรู้ เรื่องเพศศึกษาแก่วัยรุ่น ซึ่งการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันเรื่องเพศ เกิดขึ้นจาการปฏิสัมพันธ์กันระหว่างวัยรุ่นที่เข้า มาใช้เว็บไซต์ วัยรุ่นที่ข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนอกเว็บไซต์ กับทีมงานของผู้ดูแลเว็บไซต์ ผู้ดูแลเนื้อหา นโยบายสาธารณะที่จะทำให้อินเทอร์เน็ต เป็นกลไกสร้างความรู้และภูมิคุ้มกันเรื่องเพศได้นั้น ควรประกอบไปด้วย 1) การจัดการดูแลอินเทอร์เน็ตทางด้านบวก โดยแบ่งออกเป็นด้านสังคม และด้าน เทคนิค 2) การจัดการดูแลอินเทอร์เน็ตทางด้านลบ โดยแบ่งออกเป็นด้านกฎหมาย และด้านเทคนิค

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this research is to study the immunization of sex education for teenagers via website SEX MUST SAY and TEENPATH by analyzing their content and form of sex information appeared in both websites as well as their camp activities. Furthermore, this research also aims to study the web development process of the webmasters, web content providers and the stance of those directly involved with public policies who want to make the internet a tool to immunize a sex education for teenagers by using in-depth interviews. The research shows that the content and form mostly present in website SEX MUST SAY Are knowledge on sex education in psychological aspect topic on love emotion in teenagers. The most popular form of this topics is in Q&A form. For the website TEENPATH, the content and form mostly present are knowledge in biological aspect and topics on body's organs with web board form being the most popular. The process of immunization of sex education for teenagers via website SEX MUST SAY and TEENPATH is a process of web development, content selection, updating and discriminating an inappropriate content by PATH organization and Eotoday Group in cooperation with Thai Health Promotion Foundation. The immunization is a result an interaction between teenagers who use the website and/or who join camp activities and the webmasters and web content provider. Regarding the public policy to make the internet a tool to immunize a sex education for teenagers should consist of 1) Positive Internet Management, divided into social and technical aspect, and 2) Negative Internet Management divided into legal and technical aspect.
