Abstract
ศึกษากระบวนการสร้างความหมายและความสำคัญให้กับปราสาทพระวิหาร ในทัศนะและเงื่อนไขของชาวเขมรในยุคสังคมราษฎร์นิยม อันเป็นช่วงเวลาที่สมเด็จพระนโรดมสีหนุทรงดำรงตำแหน่งประมุขแห่งรัฐ สมเด็จสีหนุมีพระดำริว่า ประเทศไทยมีนโยบายและแผนการที่จะล้มล้างระบอบการปกครองของพระองค์ ด้วยเหตุนี้จึงทรงนำกรณีความขัดแย้งเรื่องปราสาทพระวิหาร ขึ้นสู่การพิจารณคดีของศาลยุติธรรมระหว่างประเทศ หลังจากที่ศาลยุติธรรมระหว่างประเทศพิพากษาให้ปราสาท "พระวิหาร" ตกเป็นสิทธิ์ของกัมพูชา สมเด็จสีหนุทรงใช้กระบวนการต่างๆ เพื่อสร้างความหมายและความสำคัญให้กับศาสนสถานแห่งนี้ การเผยแพร่เอกสารประวัติศาสตร์เกี่ยวกับปราสาทหลังนี้ ไม่เพียงแต่อ้างความชอบธรรมของกัมพูชาบนพื้นฐานคำพิพากษาของศาลยุติธรรมระหว่างประเทศ หากยังสร้างความสำคัญให้กับปราสาทพระวิหารผ่านการเผยแพร่อุดมการณ์ "สังคมนิยมพระพุทธศาสนา" ทั้งยังได้เชื่อมโยงปราสาทพระวิหารเข้าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของความยิ่งใหญ่ของอารยธรรมเขมรสมัยเมืองพระนคร โดยมีเป้าหมายคือ การสะท้อนภาพความมั่นคงของระบอบสังคมราษฎร์นิยม ที่เน้นความสอดประสานกันระหว่างผู้ปกครองกับผู้ถูกปกครองดังในสมัยเมืองพระนคร

To study Phra Viharn temple in Cambodiaง's conditions and point of views of Khmer under PeopleKs Socialist Community, These time the Chief of State Sihanouk is remained to believe that's policy coincided with her politician's enemy and had a plot to overthrow his regime. As a result, the Prince determined to raise an accusation to the International Court of Justice. When the Court reached the final judgment, the right over temple Preah Vihear had been given to Cambodia. Therefore, Temple of Preah Vihear was then written in Cambodian history for support Sihanouk's ideal of Buddhist Socialism that the great KhmerKs harmony between the rule and the ruled and for representing the great KhmerKs civilization from Angkor.
