Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างแบบทดสอบสำหรับคัดกรองภาวะสุขภาพจิตผู้สูงอายุ ซึ่งเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ให้ผู้ตอบตอบด้วยตนเอง โดยกำหนดโครงสร้างสุขภาพจิตประกอบด้วยภาวะความตึงเครียดของจิตใจและภาวะความสมบูรณ์ของจิตใจ หาคุณภาพของแบบทดสอบในเรื่องความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ซึ่งมีความชำนาญทางจิตเวชผู้สูงอายุ ได้ข้อคำถามรวม 42 ข้อ นำไปศึกษาในกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้สูงอายุจำนวน 248 คน แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่มคือ กลุ่มที่มีปัญหาสุขภาพจิต ซึ่งได้รับการวินิจฉัยจาก จิตแพทย์จำนวน 62 คน และกลุ่มปกติจำนวน 186 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แบบทดสอบที่สร้างขึ้นมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยหาค่าความคงที่ภายในด้วยสูตรสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค ในองค์ประกอบภาวะความตึงเครียดของจิตใจ เท่ากับ .93 องค์ประกอบ ภาวะความสมบูรณ์ของจิตใจเท่ากับ .85 และรวมทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .94 แบบทดสอบที่สร้างขึ้นมีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างและความตรงตามสภาวการณ์ โดยคะแนนเฉลี่ยของแบบทดสอบในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุทั้งหมดแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทั้งในองค์ประกอบย่อยและรวมทั้งฉบับ พบว่า จุดตัดคะแนนที่ 18 ของการทดสอบทั้งฉบับ เป็นจุดตัดที่เหมาะสมในการคัดกรองภาวะสุขภาพจิตได้ดีที่สุด โดยให้ค่าความไว เท่ากับร้อยละ 85.5 ค่าความจำเพาะเท่ากับร้อยละ 83.3 ค่าการคาดคะเนบวกเท่ากับร้อยละ 63.1 ค่า การคาดคะเนลบเท่ากับร้อยละ 94.5 และอัตราผลบวกปลอมเท่ากับร้อยละ 16.7 แสดงว่า แบบทดสอบ เพื่อคัดกรองภาวะสุขภาพจิตที่สร้างขึ้นนี้มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมสามารถใช้คัดกรองภาวะสุขภาพจิตผู้สูงอายุได้

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The Mental Health Screening Test was developed to measure psychological distress and psychological well-being related to mental health of the elderly. The congruence between logical judgement of experts for each item was used to refer the content validity before implimenting. The 42 items of Mental Health Screening Test was administered to 248 elderly, 62 were mental distress diagnosed by psychiatrist and 186 were mentally healthy. Internal consistency estimated by coefficient alpha for psychological distress scale was .93 ; for psychological well-being was .85 and for all was .94. There were statistically significant differences between the mean score of mental distress and normal group for psychological distress, psychological well-being and total scale. The evidence showed construct and concurrent validity of Mental Health Screening Test. Finally, the cut-off point of total scale at score 18 was appropriated to carry sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and false positive rate more efficient (sensitivity = 85.5%, specificity = 83.3%, positive predictive value = 63.1%, negative predictive value = 94.0%, false positive rate = 16.7%). On the basis of the study Mental Health Screening Test adequated for screening used.
